You have to have upgraded your house a second time and buy a big bed. Plus you have to have seen all the heart events: Black, purple, blue, and yellow. Then he should accept the blue feather. I had the same problem on FoMT, when I was trying to marry Mary.

Twilight Ilia You have to have upgraded your house a second time and buy a big bed. Plus you have to have seen all the heart events: Black, purple, blue, and yellow. Then he should accept the blue feather. I had the same problem on FoMT, when I was trying to marry Mary. PLUS! You'll need the entire kitchen set.
