Kaze sat on his bed, his girlfriend trying desperately to comfort him. "Kaze-poo, it's all right. He'll find his way back, I'm sure of it!"
"No he won't!" he retorted, his usual way of talking broken in his fearful mood. "We lost the dude, man! I mean, he's dumber than a box of nails! He won't be able to find his way back!" He shook his head and put his head on the pillow on his bed.
She came down with him, putting an arm around his waist. She hated seeing him like this, it just wasn't like him to be this way. "Kaze, he'll find his way back. Even if we went back into the forest, it's so big we probably wouldn't be able to find him without help, and you already said you don't want any help so we don't get in trouble. The most we can do is wait it out and hope that he finds his way back, okay?"
Kaze nodded and turned back towards her. "Fine, but one day, that's it... Then we gotta run out there to the forest, or at least go back to Tien's Landing. Hell, he might have actually ran back there since he doesn't know the way to the Two Rivers.. Doesn't even know the damn name yet, keheh..."
Sceline just nodded, seeing he was trying to joke out a bad situation like Jhiang usually did. "He'll be okay, I'm sure of it..."

Yue stood at the door of a local dojo. The name on the sign in front was Hagakure, so it seemed as though she had the right place.

This was her first time in Two Rivers, and therefore had no place to stay. It wouldn't have been a problem if there was an inn, but the town rarely saw visitors that needed a place to stay.

The townsfolk had suggested the Hagakure dojo, that being the place in town big enough for an extra person at the last minute. And she had been told they were kind people.

I certainly hope so...

She brought up her hand to the door, and softly knocked twice.

Upon hearing the door, the dojo's leader stopped practice momentarily to see to it that it was answered. He looked to his wife and motioned for the door with his head, not wanting his students to slack off, and she did so without any protest.
She walked to the door and cracked it open to see who it was. When she did not recognize the person, she figured she was a student who wished to learn how to fight and opened the door completely. "Hello," she said before bowing, and gave her a warm smile. "My name is Sara Hagakure, welcome to the Hagakure Dojo. Please state your name and business."
She sounded almost like she was only a door woman, but she was a follower of the Hagakure fighting style as well as developing some new style of her own.

Yue returned the smile and bow.

"My name is Yue. I'm traveling the Jade Empire, and I seem to have found myself in a spot of trouble. I was wondering if you would allow me to stay in your dojo for a noght or two." She paused, to let that sink in for a moment before continuing.

"I have silver, so I can pay you if need be."

Sarah raised her eye brow for a moment, but nodded and let her in. "The silver is nice, though I believe my husband woud like a different form of payment from you as well," she uttered as they walked through the halls of the dojo.
When they came upon her husband's training ground, they saw him quickly at work with almost a small army of fighters. "Kage, you have a visitor. Her name is Yue, and she wishes to stay here for the night."
The training stopped again, and Kage walked through the crowd of students to come to his wife and Yue. "Oh, does she now?"
While his wife sported a blue pao shirt with yellow accents, matching blue pants, black kung fu shoes, a slim body, and blonde hair, he looked much like a ninja. He wore a blue gi with black mesh shirt underneathe as well as a pair of baggy pants a kung fu sandals. He also wore a bright yellow belt, sported long brown hair typed up with a black ribon, and a mask to complete the ninja effect. His students, male and female, wore identical outfits, albeit some where blue, yellow, black, or even white.
He looked her up and down and said, "If you wish to stay here, then I only require two things. One, I want you to promise to never reveal the fighting techniques, practice routines, or secrets you may come across while staying here. And two..."
He looked in back of him and motioned one of his students to get something, or someone, by flicking his fingers in the direction of a room. After that, he looked back at Yue and continued, "I want you to have a sparring match with my son. I do not expect an all out brawl, but you seem like a strong woman. I want to see how my son stacks up to you, is all."

Kaze's eyes widened as he saw one of his father's students come into the room. Figuring he had been found out, he pointed at Sceline and yelled, "She did it!"
"WHAT?! You are not pinning this on me, I had nothing to do with-"
"Your father wishes for your presence," the martial arts follower stated simply. With that, more fear came upon them until he said, "He wants you to spar with someone. Whatever may get you in trouble, I have no reason to know, but you better quit acting that way. Very unbecoming of a ninja's son and future daughter."
Kaze and Sceline both gave a sigh of relief when he left the room, but both wondered who would come to the dojo to fight. Kaze shrugged it off, however, and slipped on an outfit similar to his mother's, and tied his hair up in a pair of ox horns.
His girlfriend gave a light chuckle as they made their way to the training grounds. "You really make a convincing girl when you wear cloths like that. And your girly voice, it just completes the whole effect, you know?"
"Thanks, it is really hard to do, actually. Takes a while to perfect this craft."
As they both made it into the grounds, Kaze saw the newcomer and bowed. "I am Kaze Hagakure of the Hagakure dojo. It is an honor to fight you."

Yue returned the bow.

"The honor is mine," she said, before putting the small bag that contained all her belongings by the wall. She also put her ceremonial katana down. Using that in a fight wouldn't be fair.

Yue then turned to the head of the dojo.

"Sir, I will fight your son if that is what you want me to do, but I have a request. Most of my fighting styles are a bit... destructive. I do not use hand to hand combat. So that I do not burn your dojo down, and make us all homeless, might we move the fight to an outdoor arena?"

"You do not use hand to hand combat, yet are putting down your katana?" asked Kage-Maru's blonde wife. "Does that mean you use explosives and the like?"
Kage simply shook his head and told her, "It is all right. Seeing as she does not wish to break down the dojo, she must be a pretty destructive fighter. Truly been a while, has it not?"
Kage patted his girly son on the back and pointed out back. "Kaze-Maru, take this fight outside training area. If any trees or the pond get damaged, it'll be all right, that's what that area was made for."
Kaze nodded and then bowed, realizing he was not talking to his father right now but his teacher. "Yes, Kage-Maru." He got up and walked back to the girl and, with Sceline and his parents, walked to the outside training ground. He looked at the girl again and asked, "I am sorry, but, I do not think I have caught your name yet. May I know what it is?"

She smiled at her opponent as she answered his question.

"Yue. And I suppose you are Kaze-Maru...?"

"That is correct." Kaze tensed up a bit, but as soon as his grilfriend caught his eye he put an hand on his shoulder. "Scel-"
"Shut up," Sceline interrupted, tightening her grip on her shoulder. "Now, quit being so tense. Wu Shu is all about being loose and out of it, while Jeet Kune Do is hella useless when you're nervous. You have to let it all out, you know? Just relax..."
As they walked, his breathing became more even. The thought of fighting someone who would probably destroy the dojo she was fighting in scared him, mixed with the knowledge of his parents were watching his every move. As his thoughts went out, he started to feel a soft hand carressing his butt. "Bun-bun... You, what are you..."
As he light blush grew on his face, he looked to see a smiling Sceline groping him like every other day. "Aw, just making you feel good before a fight full of pain. Oh, we're here, guess you two should fight, eh?"

Yue smiled, nodded, and stepped into the ring.

She bowed to her opponent before getting into her usual stance. Her hands were shaped as if they were holding an ivisable ball, and in an instant a ball of fire came out of nowhere.

"I'm ready when you are," she called.

"Unbelieveable..." Kaze said as he stared at the ball of energy. He gulped, knowing full well the damage something like that could cause. Being hit by a smaller form of that many times sure knocked it into his brain, as well as developing one of his own.
He got into his Wu Shu form, hands at his sides and one foot in front of the other. He closed his eyes as he prayed silently to himself, hoping that it would not destroy any important relics or hurt anyone, her fireball and his own. "Ki..." He held his hands similarly to hers and a small blue fireball started to develop. As it grew bigger, he tossed it quickly, tossing a blue fireball with a yellow core her way. "...Kouken!"

Yue releashed her own fireball to counter his, and another appeared in her hands as soon as the first left. She quickly sent the second behind the first, so that her opponent would only see the first.

While the first eliminated his fireball, hopefully the second would catch him by suprise.

Had it been Jhay, he would have tried to kick it away, but Kaze was smarter than this. As he caught sight of the second fireball, he rolled out of the way of the ball and watched it fly. "Ah, crap..."
His tension went away when he saw his father take hold of the fireball with his own and weakened it into ash.
Kaze turned back to his opponent and a few beads of sweat came down his head. "Come on, now! Do you know how to fight without pulling so much damage? Even if we can destroy this place, the fireball might accidently go into the dojo or something another..."
He gulped again, and sat down on the floor before putting his hands together. He waited for a few seconds before yelling, "Spinning bird kick!" and spinning in an upside down loop in a sort of top. If it hit, that would be a plus, but he expected to make her draw back into a corner.

Yue raised an eyebrow at the young mans attack. She had never seen anything like it... none the less, she doubted it could deflect a fire ball, no matter how fast he was spinning. He was only human, after all.

She released another fireball, but also took several ateps back, ready to dodge him if need be.

Taking the last spin, he spun so that he could dodge the move and came to a screeching halt. "God, damn..." he quietly uttered to himself, and breathed heavily at the close call. 'One hit, and I could be out of it... Gotta take a different approach,' he though, and looked at her hands again.
He blind rushed to attack her from one side, when at the last moment he swerved to the left and went for a flying straight kick.
