Jeezy is a f**. ******** his opinion, regardless of how positive or negative it may be.
Nas > Jeezy
Jeezy should be humble in comparison to most mainstream artists.
Method Man & Red Man > Jeezy Jay Z > Jeezy Snoop > Jeezy Ludacris > Jeezy T.I. > Jeezy Eminem > Jeezy

hip-hop is not dead listen to the damn album
it was a statement to get a rise out of everyone
NAS WAS ******** WITH THE PUBLIC AS HE USUALLY DOES!!!
Hip hop isnt dead
Jay is still rapping Eminem is still rapping Nas himself is still rapping hell 2pac's soul is still puttin down lines When all four of them stop rapping simoultaneously (that means at the same time for you dense asses out there) then and only THEN will HIP HOP be dead
When the entire WU Tang Clan decides to make techno albums hip hop will be dead the s**t wont happen and hip hop will not die as long as T.I. Luda, Outkast, and that homo dude Wayne is still puttin down, and even when all these great MC's are gone their music and more great mc's will live on. As the last song on the Nas' album says Hip Hop will never die.

As the last song on the Nas' album says Hip Hop will never die. had the album 2 weeks before it came out. yea, wut you said is true. on the last track he said that. but monie love was arguing that it infact was dead(on the link provided), and alot feel rap artists like young jeezy, g-unit etc. killed it. i for one, dont see it as dead. Like everything else, it evolves and changes for better or worse. personally i think it changed dramatically. i mean niggas still rapping bout shooting, money, hoes, blah. but its like lately all you ******** hear is mainstream artists doing pop/rock collabs, or trap music. personally i dont give two ******** about the collabs, but hey, wutever sells. and to be honest i love trap music. i see alot of mother ******** hate jeezy here, but the inspiration is a hot a** cd. no lie. and i got like 5 mixtapes, wit him on it. jeezy is hip-hop, much like all the other artists anyone in this topic listed. but whats also true, old timers refusing to change. they still get support from their die hard fans, but they arent appealing to new listeners, and this will hurt their sales. which i believe they getting pissed about. s**t changes, and trends don't last forever. NaS had a library of ******** hit cds. Illmatic, Stillmatic, God's Son etc. In my opinion, though, street's disciple sucked. Hip Hop is dead isn't that good of a cd either. Snoop's blue carpet sucked, Rhythm & Gangster sucked. Ludacris release therapy was mediocre compared to his early releases. Eminem appeared like on 5 tracks on the re-up. And I'm sorry, but hip-hop really wasn't in an emergency where Hov needed to come out of retirement. Times change, and with that so does the music. But I don't agree that just because the people we grew up listening to stop rapping, or wane in skill mean that hip-hop will fail. they have plenty of proteges, and people who will look to follow in their steps. as long as mother ******** love hip-hop it wont die

Jeezy isnt killing rap just because he raps about drug dealin they have been rapping about drugs since damn B.C. now all of a sudden it's killin hip hop. i dont even know why i am saying this to you because i'm not really arguing with you i am arguing with the people who get the s**t so misconstrued and dont know what the ******** they are talking about.
