I love how New Moon brings up all kinds of possibilities for Juilet with Paris (I always thought it was sad when he died) So I'm doing a project and I want to analyaze them both. So those you read Romeo and Juilet, please help.
1. Well the begenning of Romeo and Juilet fits well with the story of Bella and Edward
2.Edward and Bella on the sofa watching Romeo and Juilet.
- scence in Romeo and Juilet that would fit this?
3. Edward leaves
-scence in Romeo and Juilet that would fit this?
4. Bella talking with Jacob and thinks of Paris.
-scence in Romeo and Juilet that would fit this?
5. Edward trys to kill himself
- scence: buys the flask of poison
6. Edward and Jacob talking
-scence: Romeo kills Paris

both dead ( Romeo and Juliet)
Edward bites Bella. (hopefully Eclispe)
Literary analysis are my friends. ^^;; *is too much of a bookworm*
1. Look at the way they met, make a comparison there. Romeo and Juliet: a masqued ball. Edward and Bella: School (who's to say we don't 'wear masks' to school). Masked social gatherings. Symbolism is great.
2. Bella and Edward watching the movie. I really don't see a point of the play that fits them; however, there is a scene that you forgot that I found quite obviously comparable. Bella's adventures with cliff-diving, which is what causes Edward's attempt at suicide. Juliet's staged 'death' caused Romeo to drink the poison and kill himself, which in turn caused Juliet such grief when she awoke that she stabbed herself with Romeo's knife.
3. Edward leaving. Romeo's banishment for Tybalt's death.
4. Bella's comparisons of Jake to Paris. All I can think of is Juliet's forced engagement to Paris.
5. Edward's suicide attempt. See number 2.
6. I'm unsure how Edward and Jacob's conversation is similar unless you mean to contrast the way Edward and Romeo re-acted to one they see as a rival.
As for your endings. Romeo and Juliets is the ending; however, you have no idea whether Edward is really going to bite Bella. You can make a prediction, but if your goal is to write a literary analysis comparison paper, then I would suggest avoiding assumptions about the end of the story and sticking to what is actually there. Also remember that there is another book after Eclipse, so if Edward bites Bella, it will more likely be in the last novel.
