I have recently re-fallen in love with Moulin Rouge and want to proclaim my love for the world to hear(or at least this guild).
It is a wonderful love story right before Valentines day. The day of love. And speaking of love.
Setine: I can't fall in love with anyone.
Christian: Can't fall in love? But a life without love, that's terrible!
Satine: No, living on the street, that's terrible.
Christian: No! Love is like oxygen, love is a many splendored thing, love lifts us up where we belong, all you need is love!
Satine: Please, don't start that again.
Christian: [singing] All you need is love.
Satine: A gril has got to eat.
Christian: [singing] All you need is love.
Satine: She'll end up on the street.
Christian: [singing] All you need is love.
Satine: [singing] Love is just a game.
[all following are singing]

[Jumps up on dome, Satine screams]

Ive heard about Moulin Rouge but never seen the movie. Actually, this spring break Im heading to France and seeing it live

Moulin Rouge is buttsecks. I love it soooooo much. At my birthday my friends and I watched Rent and then we watched Moulin Rouge. We were all sobbing by the end.
@aleina1: Really? I'm going to France in the spring too. It would be awesome to go watch Moulin Rouge but I don't know if I could afford tickets to that on top of the cost of going there. I'll have to suffice myself with sneaking into Box 5 at the Opera Populaire....

i love love love moulin Rouge its my all-time fav musical. its pretty much the first musical i watched! i heart heart heart heart heart heart it!

A bunch of my friends say Buttsecks or bumsecks. *shrugs* I dunno.
So we had a meeting about our trip to France and the teacher was like we can't go into Moulin Rouge. *Gasp* A Burlesque Show! So my friends and I decided we should take our picture in front of it. And perhaps try to sneak in *shift eyes* At least I'll try to sneak in. My mom and my friends dad thinks we could pretend we were dancers in the show to get in.

I love Moulin Rouge! It's a great love story with great music! I have 'Come What May' and the Elephant Love Song on my MP3.

Yay! Elephant Love Medley, one of my favorite songs, if not my favorite overall.
I'm pretty sure I'm the definition of "Moulin Rouge fan"
I was OBSSESSED, especially from 5th grade to 7th.
And still a great, huge fan.
Know all of the songs, including the one in French, Complainte de la Butte, and i have never in my life taken a French class, so granted, i don't understand the song, but i can sing it. ^_^
And the Indian high-pitched singing thing for Hindi Sad Diamonds.
I've seen the movie at least 100 times (NOT exaggerating)
AND I know all of the dialogue.
It's quite pathetic. v.v
