- A RPG where skill determine the outcome of a battle. Meaning you must gain skills and points to become better than other shinobi.
-Rank climbing. The higher level of skill you are, determines what missions and what ranks you will become.
- Ranks
1.) Academy Student Must be an Academy Student for one day to insure you stay active in the RP. And if you dont finish your training in the Ninja Academy after a day, you can stay until you do.
2.) Genin
3.) Chuunin
4.) Jounin
5.) Kage
((Different Ranks will hold different jobs you will be able to have.))
-Chuunin Exams will take place about every 2 to 3 weeks
"Rules"
- Be active!
- Have fun!

Academy:
each member will start off this way
genin:
you at least must have 20 post in the guild forum
current missions:recruit
pictures for guild
chuunin:
you at least need 50 post in the guild
and have recruited at least 5 people
current missions:recruit
pics for guild
host avi battles
open a store in guild
jounin:
you need at least 80 post in the guild
has recruited 10 people and has donated 500g
*note you will become a crew member*
current missions:
same as above
crew member oppertunities
a chance for the title of jounin
Hokage:
you need at least 120 post in the guild
has recruited 20 people and has donated 1k
*note you will become an vice captain*
you can control the selected village yr in
you can set up your own events
etc
1. No Trademarked Naruto Characters.
Basically you can make up a new name even your own clans, but no already TM characters. The reason is I might use them for NPC's during a quest for you and your characters. Also the problem then of originality is tossed out the window. However if you wanted a character like Hyuuga Neji, you can make a character from the Hyuuga clan, just don't use Neji himself. You just make up a new name for the character and play on.
2. All Character Need To Be Registered.
Everyone must be Assigned to a village and be active,
to join a village simply post your RPG profile on the village
sub-forum
*note*recruit pictures are up to you be creative

EDIT: For genin, we have to post pictures, and recruit someone? (+20 posts.)
EDIT EDIT: Do I have to recruit 20 people to become 'Hokage' rank? I have the posts and donation done.

What if your village kage, Say the Otokage, Assigned you a rank? A Special One like ANBU?
