Please, the only person who prefers Guild Wars over World of Warcraft is someone who's never played World of Warcraft. With a massive nonlinear flowing world, more customization, refined combat system, more races, more places, more levels, better backstory, and (ironically) a better guild system, World of Warcraft makes Guild Wars look like a Korean online shitfest.

I got Guild Wars, Played it, then a year later, decided to get WoW. I played it the First month and decided Guild Wars was better. I'm selling my account too. >_> Oh, and its my opinion, so feh And another thing. World of Warcrafts guild system isn't even as close to Guild Wars's guild System. Guild Halls FTW!

Guild halls are little more than a status symbol. A shitty meething zone and 8 on 8 battles. Amazing. Too bad WoW came out first and has 40 on 40 battles, more immersive dungeons, AND raids And there's no point to guilds in that game. There's little armor sets and less slots to equip to. Thus, there are no professions. What you are left with is a shallow quest system who's only perks are the shitty missions with a lame a** story you don't give a rat's a** about. And what level did you get to? Once you hit mid 20's the game becomes epically addicting.

Both games had their ups and downs IMO. I liked Guild Wars plot (not the plot itself really, but the fact that it had one), but I really hated the fact that levels didnt mean much. Cap was 20 (or is it 30 now?), and you didnt get much out of them except a few stat points. Weapons weren't unique either, it seemed like every weapon was just... randomly generated or something. :/ The reason I like WoW more is just because it has so much more content in it. biggrin OMO: CIWY Anyway, WoW is filled with n00bs. >_> Guild wars isn't much better. <_< Lots of younger people like Guild Wars just because it's free. And I'm not talking about all young people... but younger usually = noobier.
