When did you first hear about PW? What got you so interested to get it in the first place?
For me, I learned about PW through Trauma Center, funnily enough. XD I started off with Trauma Center, and got curious once the game guides I checked kept showing Phoenix Wright in the related games section. It took me forever to actually find the game, though...

I bought the game because I like quirky looking Anime Games. I reserved a copy of it at my local Gamestop and Got my copy Day 1, Enjoyed it majorly and got all into Ace Attorney. I went and did research on the series, and basically spoiled the entire story line up to AA4, but never the gameplay experience. And I keep hoping for the sequels and finally got them. I reserved AA razz W:J4A day 1 when the reservation poped up on it. And I can't wait for the third game to be released. It better be released. I would be sad if it doesnt sweatdrop

I first saw Phoenix Wright when walking in Gamestop looking for any old game. I wandered to the DS section and it caught my eye, mainly since there was quite a few amount of copies for an interesting looking game. Needless to say, I bought it and became addicted. When I heard about the second one, I couldn't wait for the U.S release so I imported it.

I learned it throught here and Gamespot. I was interested first in Trauma Center and then I heard about Phoenix Wright. Due to its high score it caught my interest and it was also hyped here on Gaia so I had to give it a try. I can't say I regret that decision. heart

I remember walking by EBGames/Gamestop and both PW and Trauma Center caught my eye...at the time I didn't have a DS though...then after I bought the DS primarily for FFIII, I still debated over the two...it took me forever to actually try it, as I preordered and got JFA before getting the first game. By the time I reached the second case, I stopped, went out, and bought the first game. Played through that and then the second one in less than a week. I still haven't tried Trauma Center, suprisingly enough, considering I've been a Black Jack fan for about 2 years now (a famous manga/anime created by Tezuka [other works: Astroboy, Kimba the White Lion, Phoenix...] about an unlicensed surgeon that charges outrageous fees, but performs miracles with the scapel)...I guess I should go try it now...

I think I read a magazine about it and then saw the date. I picked it up the same week that it came out hyped! As soon as I saw Edgeworth I wanted to get it...and I read about it too of course.

I saw the game in my local games store (gamestation) and my friend (who works there) let me borrow it from the store as long as I bought it if I liked it, but what's not to like about Phoenix Wright!

I first saw Phoenix Wright in the E3 ('05 I think) coverages of G4/TechTV. Then again on the Trailer DVD that came with one of the Nintedo Powers. I then got it from GameStop with in the release week.

I heard about the game shortages in Marchish, then I saw the translated TGS video. The video. That's what got me really interested in the game. Screenshots can only go so far ._.
