EDIT 4/25/09: Maybe this is more like... Defense Against Cutesy Pictures? I found out through Pandagon that one of the most commonly used fetus pictures is actually a posed picture of a dead fetus! I feel stupid for not realizing it. It's a fetus with its thumb in its mouth and it's backlit. How would they get a high-quality camera and an elaborate lighting system up there?!
