INTRODUCTION Okay. Rules. Basicly, follow the rules of Gaia + Guilds, nothing PG-13. Post your profile on the Profiles page, with a note saying that the Character is for West Jefferson. More rules when I think of it.
Okay. This is a typical highschool. Mad says I can kind of be the moderator of this thread, since it was my idea. Basicly, the school is pretty big and the ages range from junior high, 7th + 8th, to 12th grade. Specify grade in your profile. I haven't planned much yet in the way of plot stuff, so you can make it up as you wish, but the school is doing a play, and tryouts are coming up very soon. I don't know what the play is yet, but it should be something common enough that anyone who wants to can post in it, and play a part. Mail me or mad suggestions. I guess I should say that you should title each post with the part of the school you character is in, since there is no other way to seperate it. Please use fancy proper spelling and whatnot.
Alright. Have fun. Post any questions OOC. ((Like this, in double parentheses))

SCHOOL MAPS Okay, and get this. The school has two more levels, identical to B, which I was too lazy to draw. The gym takes up the same space as the Auditorium, but on levels C and D. This school is very organized, I guess you could say, so when you are identifying a room, you just put level-room. So like A-5. The lockers are set so that there are 10 between on room and the next, and numbered to match the room. Outside B-12, are lockers B120-B129. Easy enough, right?
Also, don't point out that I forgot the cafeteria. I have already said I am lazy. The school has open campus, so you can leave for lunch, and off of A near the band room and the stairs is a door. It leads to a hallway. the hallway leads to another door. This door leads to the cafeteria.
A LEVEL- Elective classes, except art, which is on B. Auditorium. P-Message me to have your classes added to this list. A-14 Chorus A-16 Band
B LEVEL-Academic classes-English and History. Art room.
C-LEVEL- Academic classes-Math and Science. Gym.
D-LEVEL Languages D-16 Latin 1+2 D-17 Latin 3+4TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRO MAPS ANNOUNCEMENTS ROLEPLAY

((I guess if I don't start, no one will. Here goes nothing.)) Auditorium
Aria sat in the auditorium balcony reading her chosen lines. Tryouts didn't start for another 45 minutes, but she had nothing else to do and anyway, she didn't want to be late for this. I hope the play is something good. Maybe Romeo and Juliet or maybe something else romantic. And I wish they had told us before tryouts, she thought.

Alex on the other hand was wondering around the halls of the school wating for the tryouts to start. Alex had not wanted to tryout, but his sister had signed him up anyway. He hoped he would not get past call backs.

Auditorium.
She checked her watch again. 40 minutes until the audition. People would not be arriving for a good while yet. Perfect. Aria went down into the stage and stood, watching the empty room. Perfect again. No one to hear her practicing for the upteenth time. Exactly how she liked it. Tucking her folded scipt into a pocket, she began acting out scenes from Phantom of the Opera, playing several parts at once.

Auditorium Zenzio stood just outside the doors to the auditorium. He was here to join the play. He's always had a slight intrest in drama and the arts and this was his chance to see just how good he was. For his last year in school he wanted to say he did something. He even stayed up all night memorizing his lines, or so called lines seeing as how he hasn't tried out yet. He was early and was hoping the area would be empty so he would have the chance to practise on stage. He took a deep breath and stepped in, he let it out as a sigh when he saw someone here. "Talk about ruining my plans..." He fixed his hat and walked forewards keeping his hands in his pockets.

Auditorium.
Aria paused, having just finished singing her favorite song form the play, Music of the Night. She flopped down on her back on the stage, laughing. Acting was so exilerating, this feeling that you were the center of the universe and everyone was watching you. Funny, she thought. I'm not even acting for an audience.

Auditorium He pulled his hands clapping slightly as he approched the stage. He had cought the end of the song. "Very nice..." He said stopping at the base of the stage. He pulled off his hat and scratched his head before placing it back on his head. "It must be easy when you don't know theres someone watching and listening..." He was speaking to Aria. He new her name from a few rumors going around but they were nothing serious. "...you must be Aria, I'v heard some intrestng stories about you..."

Aria rolled over and looked at him. "Do I know you?" She stood, brushing dust off her pink and green skirt and off her shiny knee-high black boots. "And what kind of stories?"

She sighed. "Oh. Those stories. Well then here's all you need to know. I don't sell movies of myself without my cloths on. I have never been in or sold a movie at all. If that's why you're here, then I suggest you leave." Turning her back on him, Aria did a round-off back handspring back tuck and stalked off behind the courtain into the darkness backstage.
