Does anybody know any chants or simple spells to make house prices rise a lot? My dad wants to move, not a large move, just across town, but I don't want to. I REALLY don't want to. If you can help me, thank you so much.

I think that it would backfire on you...
If prices rise, he'll be more inclined to sell, and then move a bit farther away, to where things are cheaper.

Khalida Nyoka I think that it would backfire on you... If prices rise, he'll be more inclined to sell, and then move a bit farther away, to where things are cheaper. All the surrounding towns are either REALLY bad or really high priced, so that definently won't happen.

I'll go you one better: wander around your house with a hammer. Whenever the mood strikes you, wham it through a wall. Whistle while you work. When somebody demands to know what the hell you think you're doing, ask if that's a trick question.
It's tough to sell a house with holes in the wall.
Of course, it's also tough to sit down after being beaten within an inch of your life, too.

You don't need a spell for that, talk to your dad and tell him you don't want to move. Ask him when he isn't busy or anything. And also try to understand why he is moving from his point of view.

No offense or anything, but its your dad's choice whether or not he wants to move. His money, his choices. That's not fair of you to try and stop him from doing that. That's like me trying to stop you from posting on Gaia or something like that. If your 18 or over, then just move out. If your under 18 or you don't have enough money, then just deal with it. Not everything in life is going to go your way. I'm sure your dad has reasons for moving and hell, you may find that the move is beneficial. Finance wise, your dad may realize that if he doesn't move now, then he will lose a great deal of money. The housing market is very much like that. By trying to stop your dad, you can get you and your family into big trouble. Do you want to be responsible for your family losing $100,000+?

And I really don't think it's fair for my whole family to move when he's the only one that wants to. 1/4

What he spends his money on is up to him.

I have no idea why. He just... does. And iolitefire, I agree. He can spend his money on what he wants, but what he can't do is make a decision for the whole family. Don't you agree?

Don't you agree? If you have no idea, then maybe you should ask him. No offense, but your dad may have some good reasons to move...reasons you didn't even consider. People don't move just to move, its too costly for that. He's gotta have a reason. And if your family means you and your siblings, then yes he can. If you live in his house and he takes care of you, then you follow his lead. That's what having parents is about. If you live with them, you have to accept their decisions and choices, even if you don't like them. If you hate it that much, then move out.

I all most took my mother in to court in order to leave. ^_^
It is possible to get away... but I advise against it.
