ive watched the series more than 8 times, and from all the times ive watched it, i still have no clue what STN-J stands for.. anyone know?

There was an episode with a document and if you looked carefully you could see what it meant. I only caught a glimpse of it so all I know is 'J' stands for Japan. sweatdrop

S= Solomon (I think)
T= Technical (Guessing)
N= Network (Guessing)
J= Japanese Division
