Dream Theater is joining Roadrunner Records. Which i say is a plus. Some of my Fav. bands are with R&R. What do others think

As I said on the metal sub-forum, if Roadrunner ruins their music, I'm burning the label to the ground. Otherwise, I have no problem with it. And it makes a Dream Theater/Opeth/Porcupine Tree tour more likely.

You should check them out if you can. 3nodding

I feel with the long standing and incredibly successful career that Dream Theater holds, no label will make a difference... I say. I know they will not soon forget their fans and the devotion that we all have for their incredible music will drive them even further into success.

RR has a really s**t roster of bands crying Maybe they've realised that in recent times. They've gotten Opeth, Porcupine Tree, and now Dream Theater. Now that I look at their band page, they have Megadeth and Nightwish, who I don't remember being signed to RR. Could just be my memory though. sweatdrop It'll be interesting to see who they get next, and if they mess it up...

Better add them to the list. sweatdrop I have a huge list of bands I need to check out...

oh god, when i heard the news, i died. roadrunner records is horrible. they got like 2 or 3 ok bands, but thats about it. man, i really do think dt would be better off without them. emo
