Another one, cause I knew there were some worries and stuff about all this, and since it's new and made to make things run smoothly I'd like to know right away if there were any hiccups or concerns you have. You don't have to have a fix for them, that's my job mostly, but you can suggest things. :3 I'm always open to hearing things.
My main goal is to just get it running smooth, and make sure it's not too complicated and all suches.
If it comes down to it, and all these attempts to fix issues don't work i am willing to cut it back to the old way of life, but I'd really rather not because of that whole taking too long for me to know when people arn't working. XD My back up idea for that is a report system, which to me feels like it could bring up issues with people trying to get classes RIGHT THEN, and a teacher being busy and someone getting mad. XD You know? I think thus far everyone here doesn't have their panties ins uch a tight wad but you never know. :3
Anyhoo, discussion, concerns, issues you've had or feel might come up, or even things you just don't want to change at all, list them here. I'll probably leave this up for awhile, giving the receptionist deal a "trial period" of several months to give it a fair shot. So woo.

*shrug* Sounds great to me. I have no idea whether it will be better than the current system or not, but if it doesn't work, I guarentee you, we'll make it work.

More of an idea.... For classes like magic and battle where there are several different teachers, maybe come up with a standard form to send to the receptionist, listing classes taken and the basics, which can then be sent on to the teacher for a class... *shrugs*

*nods* Yeah I think I get what you're saying. XD
Also makes me think of maybe having a sticky in the classrooms for the receptionist's like.. send whats and hows? Think that'd be good?

Sounds good to me. That way everyone could find the forms easily and it could have the info right there.
