The one I hate the most is when people say... "Is that right?" I always want to say - "Uh, no, I just figured I'd say it because it isn't right."

I don't really hate it but what I find annoying is 'Like'. It's not really a phrase, but there are those people who put 'like' every three words in their sentences and it is very bothersome.

I assume you mean in the context like so: "So then I walked to the bar and got drunk off my a**." "Is that right?"
I've only ever really heard it like that when the other person didn't care about what was being said.

Phrases like:
"No way!" "Seriously?!" and "You did not!"
Among other phrases in the valley girl dialect.
"I didn't do nothing." and "I ain't"
From the southern dialect.
And
"Am not" and "Did not" As well as any other such phrases that leave out the subject.

I hate any sentence that begins with "Irregardless of". Sorry, but that's not a word (even if Firefox doesn't flag it).

"Like" is the most annoying thing ever. As in: "Like, I was like, going to the mall like, and some guy like bumped into my car! I was like totally like mad."
no. you I bet you were not "like" mad, you WERE mad.

The most annoying phrase that I can think of currently is "OMG, Like u totally pwn'ed him and then like WTF was u thinkin when u gave him that gun?" That was taken from a conversation I had with someone while playing an R.P.G. (Role Playing Game). By the way, I also hate it when people do not use acronyms as acronyms. Quote: ac·ro·nym (āk'rə-nĭm') Pronunciation Key n. A word formed from the initial letters of a name, such as WAC for Women's Army Corps, or by combining initial letters or parts of a series of words, such as radar for radio detecting and ranging.

I hate it when people say or use the phrase: "That was funner than I thought!" Or if they use the word "funner". It just seems to make my brain hurt :
