I found a fan subtitled one online a while ago. Wasn't the best quality, but I still got it. I got it off Kazaa or whatever program I was using at the time. Sadly I lost it in a computer crash, but you may be able to find it one something like that again.

I do worry about fan translated stuff though. You really have no way of knowing the quality. But hell, they couldn't screw it up any worse than the original translation of Suikoden 1.
