Yawning she arose from her bed and rubbed her eyes sleepily. Sunshine streamed from the window and she yawned again. Her feet felt warm against the cold wood floor of her home as she walked off to freshen up.

She was dressed in a black knee length dress with a silver design. Tying up her long black hair with a gray ribbon she rushed to Yakio City to open her shop.

The door creaked open as she entered her home. Still feeling a bit grubby from her afternoon nap. Slipping out of her shoes she walked downstairs to the basement. The room where everyone was forbidden to enter, every person has their secrets.

She closed the door softly behind her as her feet touched the cold wood floor of the upstairs. Her long jet black hair was hanging loose with her ribbon burning on the floor. Her clothes were covered in soot and had burn marks. Her smooth skin was dry and her eyes were icy. Sighing she went upstairs for a long bath.

Sighing she collapsed on her bed with her vision blurry from tears. Shivering she pulled the sheets over her head. 'It's the punishment I deserve...'

Decideing that she had not seen Ayane in the longest time Blackfeather went to her home. She knocked at the door and sat down waiting for Ayane to answer.

Quickly wiping the tears running down her cheeks she rushed toward the door and opened it revealing a dark haired maiden. "M-ms. Blackfeather! What a pleasant surprise!"

"If you are sure...." Blackfeather came in and looked about she liked the home since it was not as crazy as her's. "So...have you been getting any business?"

"No, not lately. I had a samurai come last week, odd man. I do believe he wore glasses. Anyway how have you been?" Ayane's eyes darted to the door to the basement and back to Blackfeather.

"Rosiel mentioned that he was connected to the lake, then when Eilis took over she mentioned that she feared if she left the lake would die...So I guess she and Rosiel would die if she left..." Blackfeather said as she looked about.
