Origins of Religion
In the beginning, there was one god which created the eldest of beings upon the planet Gi...elves, and with them magic. This god, like all beings in the universe was in conflict with itself, and created other races, the second being humans, but still was in conflict with itself over such creations, so the god split itself into two seperate beings...good, and evil. The good being Gabriel, and the bad being Salem. The two gods despised eachother, and waged a brutal wars in the heavens against eachother. Salem dispiseing Gabriels' creations twisted several bloodlines of mankind into beast-like men, and named them beastiles, but even this did not please the corrupt god...so he created several other creations that would do his bidding, and spread havoc amongst the planet of Gi, as he fought against his counter-part Gabriel. The races of the planet Gi, were now at war with one another. Gabriel heard the cries of his creations, and created a goddess, so that they're prayers would be answered, and named her Gia. Salem being his counterpart created Pandora, to support his creations. War continued on for ages until one dreadful day Gabriel was inflicted a fatal wound...he was dieing. Salem being the other half of Gabriel also began to fade from existance, but he would not allow this to happen. So before he disappated into nothing, he created a demonic statue that would come to life when his soul entered it, and cast his soul into a lotus flower, changing it all black. Gabriel would not allow this to happen so with his last strength he blessed several bloodline with unbelieveable power over the elements. He also created several fabled blades, 4 in which would be the key to the barrier he would set up around the black lotus...and with that...he was gone, leaving the fate of the world to Gia, and Pandora...
