Okay went to the page feb 5 eastern time at midnight..

i'm still refreshing.. but no form is popping up..

wtf guys.. if any of you are on.. and know waht's going on..

please help..

Doesn't look like it. I do not have the money to do such and thing. Well, I can preorder it, but I can't buy it. I will have to do something ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL for my parents if I want to get Crackdown in time. But I heard they will be having some specially marked boxes after the initial shipment. I might just do that.
