The room is painted a blood red color. His bed is a plain average bed covered in black sheets. His room is somewhat clean, although clothes care always found on the floor. His window is covered with a shade, which is always down. There is a dresser to the other side of the room; which is covered in letters and papers, most of which with the royal seal stamped on it.

Reitan sighed and walked in; pulling off his shirt and throwing it on the floor as he flops down on his bed. He sighed and rolled onto his back; staring at the ceiling. In his mind he sees Kathlyn's face; smiling at him. Sweet, innocent, honest. He could almost hear her laugh...going through all this memories with her as a child as he drifted off to sleep.
Flowers were everywhere; fragrant and beautiful. He walked into the throne room; it was radiant. Gold, silver, flowers, chairs, everything was decked out and looking amazing. By his fathers chair the high priest stood smiling and talking with a young man dressed in a tux. The groom, it was his sisters wedding. Reitan was wearing a tux as well, all ready to bring the ring up to his sister and his brother in law.
He turned and the flower girl walked in with his mother. The girl was dressed in a soft blue dress; slightly low cut, but tastefully covered with black cloth. It was decorated and looked amazing; even better on her. Her eyes stood out and matched the bag she held; a pink bag filled with rose petals. The girl helped his mother to her seat as Reitan approached, and she smiled at him so sweetly, so happily.
His mother was saying something, "You look so adorable in that dress Kathlyn! I'm so happy you agreed to be the flower girl. I couldn't be happier to see such a beautiful young lady help in my beloved daughters wedding."
Kathlyn blushed hard, looking at her feet, "Thank you so much your highness. It's an honor to be allowed to help. I'm so happy for her; I'm sure she'll be very happy! You’re the ring bearer right Lord Kumoru? That means we get to walk together! Lets do our best ok?" She smiled turning to him, her face so happy and perfect.

Reitan was on the outside looking in as he saw himself three years younger look at Kathlyn emotionlessly. "whatever." was his only reply to the beautiful happy girl. She rolled her eyes at him and laughed.
"Fine Lord Kumoru. Be grumpy. I'll be happy enough for the both of us then." She was looking him right in the eye; with a smile on her face. Then she turned away and finished helping the Queen get properly seated. Then she brushed by Reitan smoothly back towards where they were to enter.
Reitan watched as his younger self followed; and watched as they processed in. However once He and Kathlyn reached the top; he saw himself look over at her and say blandly yet firmly, "you've served your purpose. Now get out."
Kathlyn walked to her predetermined spot slower, her smile gone. She looked back at Reitan with the corner of her eye and saw him glaring at her. She looked away and then retreated to another room from a side door.

Reitan was pulled from his dreams with an unsettling feeling. He felt sick, that memory suddenly felt like a punch to his gut. He could feel something else however, a strange tugging. He got up and looked around. He was alone in his room; as he expected. He went and pulled out a new shirt and pulled his jacket over himself. Then leaving his axe behind walked out the door...following the strange pulling urge that lead him out.
