Kimia moaned lightly as she layed on her side, eyes hald shut. The poor thing was skin and bones and certainly not big enough to be a juvenile, though in all truths she was around that age. She was tired and hungry and scared, the last encounter she'd had was with another cub and well.. that was such a long time ago.
She'd barely gotten to eat spoiled meat, other scavangers either bullied it away from her or got to it first. She breathed slowly and shut her eyes fully, trying to bid her hunger fairwell in hopes that it would actually go away. It did not.
She dragged herself back to her paws, looking like a sad mess, and kept dragging paw after paw forward. If only she could find someone like her mother!

The young adolescent was nearby the borders for a little while, bounding in unnoticed. It had been a while since she'd been here, but she had this funny feeling. Her ears twitched as she stood at the peak of a hill, looking down on the lands.
She squinted her eyes, spotting a familiar figure wandering below. It was the white and blue toned cub that was in her vision. She sadly looked upon the juvenile, pondering what to do. Padding down towards her, she came slowly. As she came closer, she began to speak. "Young Kimia, I have searched for you. I've come from a long distance, to ask you to join my party. I was told to seek you out, and take you in. I will not defy the Gods, I have sworn it."
She stood silently beside the young juvenile. "My name is Kilango, and I will be aiding you for the time being. Please follow me. We have a long road ahead of us." She looked into the young female's eyes, keeping a watch on her reaction to the sudden change of plans.
"No need to worry, I will find you something to eat. You seem very hungry." She smiled slightly. It was the first smile she'd shown in a while, that was ... actually ... happiness.

Kimia mewed softly, ears flicking as she heard all of the words that Kilango spoke. She wondered how Kilango knew her name, or why she knew exactly what to do. She smiled weakly. "That... that is good." She breathed out, accepting it fully with no outward questioning of it. She could ask questions later, she wanted food and sleep and this stranger that knew her so well was offering it, and how could she refuse?
