For the past week or so I have had the shittiest luck magic finding, then all of sudden today, in less than 50 meph runs I find thunderstroke, Um, Pul, Lo and Gul runes. Needless to say I'm pretty damn happy.
Anyway, have you ever just had a sudden burst of luck in the game?

Needless to say I'm pretty damn happy. Anyway, have you ever just had a sudden burst of luck in the game? Thats pretty sweet that u found Lo and Gul from Meph. Thats usually very unlikely. Was this on ladder?

Yeah, I traded my Lo for 2 Guls, and I'm going to use them to make a vex. After that I can finally make my hoto.

Koji Kocee One day I didn't get anything from MFing, the next day I got: Stormshield Windforce Perf Titans 2 Occy Rods Grandfather Colussus Sword whee Grandfather Colossus Blade** Seems a little farfetched to me, but nothing there is too valuable anymore due to runewords, but good going. I never find anything good, except for unique rings, ammys and a billion stormshields >_<

Nadnerb Koji Kocee One day I didn't get anything from MFing, the next day I got: Stormshield Windforce Perf Titans 2 Occy Rods Grandfather Colussus Sword whee Grandfather Colossus Blade** Seems a little farfetched to me, but nothing there is too valuable anymore due to runewords, but good going. I never find anything good, except for unique rings, ammys and a billion stormshields >_< yeah, mfing on NL has become a very tricky thing. Due to bots, and the old age of Diablo 2, uniques like Stormshield, occy, and Grandfather, just aint worth that much anymore. Now, you have to try and MF in odd places to find out-of-the-ordinary kind of items. Theres so many kinds of items that people dont pick up, yet have the possibility of being worth 60+ Stormshields. Take for example, druid helms. Find a good rare druid helm with +5 Tornado (+2 druid skills, +3 nado), with + life, sockets, +stats, etc and it could be worth more then than any unique you could ever find

Ahh, I miss the good ol' days when sojs were worth alot, and you didn't have to have all this godly runeword s**t to be good. The majority of people don't really have much of a chance of getting that kind of stuff unless they bot....
However I do like how rares can be really good now, and I really don't miss the hacked items...
