Yesterday was my birthday (Friday) and my friend decided to be me Trauma Center: Second Opinion and I jumped for joy!! Then she told me about her ebgames experience the day she bought the game, which was on Friday (She got it right before my party). She said that EBgames was selling Wii remotes, but she didn't buy them because she didn't know they were hard to get. She said that the sales clerk gave her a crazy look when they asked her a million times if she wanted to buy controllers.
Well.. today I called EBgames to see if they had any left and they said they still had a couple more. It's 1:00 PM now, and I ask my brother if we can go to EBgames. Well he said he's still sleepy (lazy a** stare ) so he said we'll go at 2:00. I started panicing.
Well now it's 2:00 and I yell at him to wake up and he did, but then he went to go to eat!! scream
Now it's 2:30 and we finally leave, but wait.. he has some errands to do before we go?!?!? He then goes about his errands and head toward EBgames..
Now it's 3:00 and we FINALLY get to EBgames and when I asked the guy if they had any Wii remotes left he said "Sorry, we just sold out litterally a couple minutes ago." I was extreeeeeemely angry and pissed, mostly at my brother. I can't believe he's so.. I dunno, but omg.
Well that's my Wii Remote Story.. just felt like talking about it. xp

Aww...I need to get another remote too, but nowhere in town has any here, either. Kind of sucks.

that had to suck, at least you got someone to take you somewhere the only person i have to take me somewhere is me mum and i only see her on the weekends.

Aww, that bites!
I had extra remotes and such before I even had the system! xd
I got an IOU for the system at Christmas from my boyfriend, and then my parents (who I think love the Wii more than I do!) decided to buy the extra stuff so that they could have bowling tournaments! xd
Heck, even my grandmother plays it!

Well its late but happy birthday.
I was lucky that I never had any problems with getting the Wii remote over here, although Nunchucks were a hard thing to come by.
Like Sora I also had the Wii remotes and some games before the system, since it was a mad rush to get one before Christmas. xp

Human_Nature I've heard Wii Play comes bundled with a second controller. It does, but think about it.. I bet that that game will sell out and you'll have to camp out for that because of the shortage of Wii remotes. Funny thing is that everyone wants the remote and don't care about the game xp . That is supposed to come out February 12th but I dunno if they're going to release it with the remote shortage.
