Ok this show is showing today June 29th 2005
It shows 3 times EST(eastern) 11am, 10pm, 1:30am
The discussion is, when you saw it what was the funniest thing you saw on the show and what things did you not know about the members?
For me I didn't know Tre was called a girl by old ladies and then he would kick them. xd As for Mike I didn't know that he punched out his kindy teacher when he was a kid. Some suprising facts are billie taught Mike to play something on bass and thats how he started and it took Tre' a few weeks or something to be good at the drums. I didn't even know that Good Riddance was the number one wedding song. surprised When the song really means a big "******** you" is what that one guy said.
Ok if this is not good enough lock it. This is my first topic so I felt like making this to see what people didn't know about Green Day and now they know. biggrin

It was really interesting to hear from people like their siblings and parents. You never get to hear from them, y'know? The whole Tre kicking people cracked me up. I didn't expect Billie to such a close relationship to his father. It was kind of surprising to me. Finding out how "Dirnt" originated was kind of silly. I was also sort of surprised they didn't mention anything about Cigarettes and Valentines, being that was one of the reasons AI came to be. I've never heard Jason White speak before, so that was a first o_o

I hate living in Hawaii cause the time difference sucks!!!! I never see ANY of the Green day stuff. I missed stroytellers with them too. crying

omg i taped it and just saw it and it was wicked funny (i was cracking up so hard i couldnt breathe) when they showed the clip of tre when he was like my age, and he's like "I am evil tre-nevil!!! and today i'm attempting to scare the life out of these horses!!!" HE HAD THE SAME KIND OF QUAD AS ME!!!!!! heart

...but they completely forgot shenanigans... they were like right after finishing 2000's CD warning, they wanted to work on a new CD...then the whole the dude stole the stuff...they worked on it...it turned into a rock opera. and for the idiots...i know there are many of them... its not cuz it sounds like opera! its cuz it tells a story!!! ...thank you, i am now done ranting.
