"I think we should go fishing. We could swim! I like swimming. Lestat doesn't seem too fond of it. I don't know why. It's very fun, and you get to get wet! And splash! And swim! I think we should go fishing even if Lestat hates it! He hates everything." Nelos could talk forever once she'd gotten herself started. She was so used to Lestat's responses that she paid no attention when he groaned. "I like fishing just fine, thanks." Becker wasn't so impressed. But he did like the idea currently. We should go finishing so we can drown her. Maybe then she'll shut up. Oh what a novel idea. Evem blistered. Drown the pretty thing when her daddy's around. No one's drowning anyone. She'd haunt us. "..and that's what happened last time me'n Lestat went crab hunting. You should have seen him! Big old swollen face for a week! Do you crab hunt Mr. Lestat'sDaddy?" Tail waving enthusiastically Nelos beamed curiously at the blue adult. She'd never actually met him, despite how often she attached herself to Lestat.

Logan walked along, his curled tail swaying back and forth. A smile was upon his maw, he loved being around his daughter, Nelos was full of energy, he adored her so. His first born, his only daughter, he wished to have a bigger family, but he wondered if Nelos would even approve of the idea.
Though today he smiled, even though Arugin, that blue physco was with them. Arguin's son was interesting, brown with blue markings, they were both strange, he wondered where the child's mother was.
Arguin sighed to himself, but had pride in his heart. Though he had to spend time with the orange oaf, he was with his son, his pride and joy. Daemon had no sons, which made Arguin grin. Logan's daughter was so full of life, he tilted his head at Lestat and Nelos, perhaps they had a thing?
No, couldn't be. Lestat would have to find a better female...
He didn't like Nelos much.

Lestat could sense his father's disapproval through every action he did, and didn't make. It was almost disheartening in a way. Did his father truly hate everyone?
No matter. Such was the way things were, and had always been. He had always been with Arguin. His father's opinion was supposed to be the only one that mattered, right? So why did Becker seem so unconcerned with it?
Becker's ideas seemed to radiat in waves to Lestat's part of his head. It gave him a surreal opinion of it all. Currently, he didn't care what anyone thought. The day wasn't even over yet.
Nelos was a little let down at Arguin's lack of answering, but seemed to go on unphased.
"Fishing is harder this time of year. Because it's so cold, right Daddy? But sometimes you get to crack ice. It's so much fun! I don't think we should go swimming if there's ice. It might be too cold. But if we don't go swimming we can all go hunting instead!"
It was a day were practically everyone was together. The only exception being Mommy. Thus, Nelos was determined to make the best of things.

"I think hunting might be best Nelos," Logan said with a nod, a smile still on his maw. "The ice might be too thin, even with our fur, we could catch cold rather quickly, is there anywhere you want to go hunt?" Logan would ask Nelos of course, not Arguin or his son. They were already strange as it was.
"Thin ice? Hmmm, that would be oh so perfect to get rid of those two orange bafoons... Arguin shook his head to try and get the voice from his mind. Stupid voice, but it did speak the truth, Arguin hated them both so. Though his love for his son Lestat was greater then most...though he admitted to himself every night that he wished to seek out Meskeet again. You're going soft you idiot..."
But Arguin couldn't really help it.
