Peaseblossom had on her normal outfit her Shakespearbook at home she had a backpack with her though, she walked in after paying for her and Eowyn, "I forgot did you say your mother was going to meet us here?" She was looking around trying to get a lay of the fair grounds, she was so excited yet nervous.

After a grateful 'thank you' to her companion for paying admission, Eowyn trotted into the fairgrounds alongside Peaseblossom. She straightened her dress a bit, adjusting the backpack purse straps on her shoulders. The accessory didn't exactly match the rest of her outfit, but necessity outweighed fashion in this instance. Besides, it's not as if anyone was going to call her on the fashion faux pas.

"No, Mum isn't coming. My sister got here earlier, so she is going to keep an eye on me," she said, glancing around just to see if she could spy the fae. "Mum had to take care of Caleb and Erin. They're sick. Is your mum here?"

Peaseblossom shook her head looking at the days events, there were alot cause it was the last week of the fair for that year, "No my mom isn't going to be coming, we're not really talking anymore. You like swords don't you, they have people making swords here I think. Would you like to go watch them, we could also play dress up. I might get a fancy dress. So tell me Eowyn, what kind of stuff do you like besides swords. Do you like reading?" Peaseblossom smiled happy to be here walking by Eowyn starting to head towards the blacksmith tent.

While she wondered for a moment why Peaseblossom and her mother were no longer speaking, Eowyn thought it best not to question too much. Things like that tended to start fights, after all, and while Eowyn was fairly sure she could wrestle the older kybernetik, Peaseblossom did have some height and weight advantages on her.

She nodded in response to the question and trotted alongside her companion, glancing at signs and things as she passed. There was so much activity, much like home. It would be difficult to get bored here. "Yes, I like swords. I'm not old enough to get one, but I'd like to see one made," she said aloud. She looked mildly pained at the thought of reading. "Reading is... okay. I like being outside better. You read a lot?"

"Yea I love reading Shakespear, I'll get you a sword if you want one." Peaseblossom smiled going to the Tent where this guy dressed up with a leather apron and peasent clothes was heating up a sword that he'd work with, next to that tent was another one where the finished ones were sold. Everything from Simple to very elabrate designs.

Eowyn smiled a bit sadly, giving a shrug of her shoulders. "Mum wouldn't let me keep it. She won't let me have one at all. She says once I get older, then Dad and I can go get one. I'm not big enough or good enough to handle it," the young kybernetik confessed. It wasn't a happy situation, but she was thrilled that it would improve later. She couldn't stay little forever, after all.

She watched the smith curiously for a moment, and then her attention turned toward the finished works. Clasping her hands behind her back (a technique taught by her sister to resist temptation to tough), she peered from a distance at the swords. Goodness... they were big! Some looked nearly as long as she was tall. Then it occured to her what the older girl had said. "Shakespeare?"

Peaseblossom nodded smiling watching him as he pulled the sword out hammering on it to help define it's shape, "Shakespear, he wrote a bunch of stories in like poem form. You know people say he didn't write them that he stole them, other say he just copied the stories and put different names and places in. It's very heated arguement still to this day." Peaseblossom looked around smiling seeing all the little booths they had some people getting their hair braided other looking at the clothes you could buy. "They are doing face painting do you think, you'd want to get your face painted? Later they are doing a Jousting event in a little bit, it'll be cool to watch." Peaseblossom looked around trying not to use her thee's and thou's. She hated it when people looked at her all confused, and she knew she'd apear really weird dressed all normal like but talking like the actors at the fair.
( I just realized I forgot about the Thee and Thou)

Good manners were the only thing keeping Eowyn from pulling a grotesque face at the thought of poetry. Boring stuff, it was. How did anyone stand to read it? She was careful to not mention that aloud, though; obviously, Peaseblossom was a great fan of this 'Shakespeare.' "Face painting?" she queried curiously, tearing her gaze from the blacksmith to look about. What was face painting? "Jousting is the two men on horses who try to knock each other off, right? I saw a picture of it in one of Kayce's books. It looks fun. Dangerous, though," she added thoughtfully. Still, it would be interesting to watch. "Have you been here before?"

Peaseblossom shook her head, "No I've never seen it before," She looked at Eowyn seeing the teary gaze in her eyes, "We don't have to go get your face painted now. I kind of like watching him do this, why don't we stay here till you get bored." She started pushing people politely so Eowyn and her could get up to the front. "Excuse me.. Thank you, Excuse me." The tent was kind of boxed in so people couldn't go all the way up to the dude. People were constantly going to watch him and leaving after a few minutes. The guy working on the sword had gotten it all shaped and was using a powered sander to smooth and polish it out. It was connected to a generated behind the tent. The guy wasn't going to do everything old fashioned.

Still bemused as to what this elusive concept of 'face painting' was, Eowyn simply nodded politely and followed along behind Peaseblossom. She wasn't going to argue with watching the swordworking. It wasn't as though she got to see this at home.

She spied something dark at the edge of her peripheral vision and glanced over to see her sister disappearing back into the crowd. Ah ha. So Kayce was here after all. She had been wondering. "What other things do you like to do here?" she inquired of Peaseblossom.

Peaseblossom shrugged, "I just kind of walk around and soke up the enviorment of it all, I'm really a boring person. I was hoping by hanging out with you could make me more interesting. Why don't you tell me a bit more about yourself." She saw her glance over to her side, "Do you see something you want to go check out?"

Eowyn gestured diffidently. "That was just my sister. I'm surprised she's here. She hates people, and she hates crowds," the young kybernetik mused. It must have been the lure of swords and horses that dragged Kayce here. Really, it was the only explanation.

The suggestion of telling more about herself momentarily threw Eowyn for a loop. Was she really that fascinating? No, likely not. Ah well. Peaseblossom had asked. "I like learning swordfighting techniques. Mum is trying to teach me to be more ladylike, but some of it is really boring. I love horses," she said thoughtfully. There, that was a start.

Peaseblossom smiled amused greatly, "You're mum I think wouldn't mind me around, I'm trying to be more lady like. My mom would love you, she's all about being random, not trying to be all strict and set on one path. How did you learn sword fighting, should we go find your sister and be with her. I'd hate it if something happened to her." Peaseblossom looked around them at the crowd, "Do you get old english?" She asked it randomly, it was getting kind of difficult to not speak like she normally would, but she could deal with it right now if need be. It was interesting how their mothers would have liked the personality of the other girl.

"I don't mind being ladylike, as long as I don't have to pay practice for hours. Just the etiquette stuff gets dull," Eowyn said with a sigh, shrugging her slight shoulders. "I learned swordwork from Kayce and my Dad. You don't have to worry about Kayce. She has real swords and knives, and she is a fae." Truthfully, Kayce frightened Eowyn at times. She was just... quietly imposing. "Old English?" she inquired, frowning a bit. She hadn't heard of Old English before. Maybe it was one of those formal things that royalty spoke. Who knew? "I don't know. How does it sound?"

Peaseblossom kind of looked shocked, "Thy mom makes you practice for hours! Tis much like abuse and awfully strange." She hugged Eowyn gently, "What's fae, and that's old english. I talk in old english normally, but it confuses my mom and most people." Peaseblossom got to the face painting tent where a girl was getting her face painted with a big butterfly on it. "You think doc would mind if we got your face painted?"
