Wii Play use Mii characters and I think Big Brain Academy is going to, too, though I'm not that sure.

I think Wii Play does. Others are Wii Music, Warioware, Big Brain Academy.

I would imagine that all the games carrying Wii in there name would.
Such as Wii Play, Wii Music, Wii Shooting, Wii Healthpack.
WarioWare as everyone has said above also uses it, although not much unless your on Multi player.
