nice angle/perspective. i imagine that must have been difficult to do. i really like the face and hair and her hand and stuff. one thing i would suggest, for future reference, is about the breasts. because she's laying down, they aren't going to droop like they normally would if she were standing. (you probably already know this) actually when a girl with breasts as large as hers lays down flat, her breasts actually come more toward her face and almost flatten out some, this (generally) causes more shadow at the top of the breasts than at the bottom. it looks like you tried to suggest this, but a little more shading would probably solidify this effect.
but really, this is awesome. you've got so much great stuff going on here; i hope you draw like this all the time mrgreen

A very difficult angle to work at, I'm imagining anyway. I can't offer a great critique because I am still exploring angles and I'm not much better with anatomy. I don't like critiquing on things I personally am not any better at (if you couldn't tell). It's a lovely drawing overall and I wish you luck in the contest.
Oh and I also agree with 'in the flicker.' about the whole breast thing... She seems to be able to describe it better than I could though. :]
