I am not an artist of art
or a musician of music
or a poet of poetry
I am but an artist, musician, and poet of my own life
and the art is colorless
the music is tuneless
and the poetry makes no sense at all.
So waddah you guys think?

I entered the only poem I've ever written into a contest online once. I somehow got Honorable mention for it a year ago, and it got put it a book. I don't see how though, it wasn't really that good.

shinwa_3862 I entered the only poem I've ever written into a contest online once. I somehow got Honorable mention for it a year ago, and it got put it a book. I don't see how though, it wasn't really that good. Something similar happened to me. I wrote a poem about my dog for school, and all the poems got entered in a contest and I got an honorable mention.

I wrote a poem about my dog for school, and all the poems got entered in a contest and I got an honorable mention. Cool. My school doesnt do anything related to the Arts though. If the students want that stuff they have to do it on their own.

Well that makes sense also, I just know that only the big schools around here have classes for those things.

My current school has around 3000 kids, my old high school had 290 students.
