After one reaches the other side of the Lake, one must travel through a series of Caverns until they come to this grotto.
After passing through, they will come to the corridor of Argyros, where if she finds them worthy, will grace them with her appearance. If they are not worthy then they shall just stand their, and wait until they grow bored, and depart from her home.
