Fresh Spinach, 1 bag of it, freshly washed
1 to 2 ahi fillets
Olive oil
Sesame oil
1/2 a red bell pepper diced
kosher salt
This is an easy simple salad that tastes great and will fill you up.
First sear the ahi in the sesame oil until it's done to your liking.
Then divide the spinach into two bowls (this is a big salad good for a meal like lunch or dinner)
Place one of the ahi fillets on the bed of spinach in each bowl.
Sprinkle each with 1/2 the diced bell pepper
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with a bit of kosher salt.
That's it. It's surprisinly delicious.
