I have a cousin who has DS (Down Syndrome) and is deaf on one ear. He actually managed to make to High School and I am so proud of him! He graduated with me and everything. I love him to death. He is the sweetest person who I have ever met. He loves the baby so much! Although I am quite upset lately. I have found out through my Aunt that they are moving back to Brasil in about a month and I wont be able to see him anymore. =/

Hi. I am totally deaf myself due to a dominant genetic fault meaning its more than likely my son will be deaf as well. we've had him tested and the results wee not positive but he is too young to be cetain for sure. i dont really know what else to say but i looked through some of those websites and they made for interesting reading. thanks
