~CHAPTER TWO~

*Recap of the last scene*
They trudged through the sand, tired and hungry for Pringles, then suddenly something blocked their path.
“It’s a…”
“CHICKEN PATTY!!”
There, before them, stood a very burnt Chicken Patty. Looking at them with crusty black eyes, scorched by the sun, Nerual and Alyat knew there was trouble afoot…
*Back to the storyline...*

Nerual coward in fear.
“I DON’T WANNA DIE YET! I’M TOO YOUNG… AND WE HAVENT GOTTEN PRINGLES YET!!!” she wailed.
“Don’t worry Nerual, I have a plan…”
Alyat coaxed Nerual over to her and she whispered her plan cautiously to her, as the scorched Chicken Patty eyed them curiously and suspiciously, urging slowly forward.
“Right,” Nerual said, agreeing with Alyat to put the plan in motion.
She walked over to a nearby ditch and started throwing insults at the Patty.
“Hey! Burnt Face Patty! You dropped your gay card over here… I think I see a petifile report on here too… been doin’ it with the little Patty’s, hey!”
The burnt Patty cocked its head slightly; it seemed that it was much more stupid than they thought.
“Ok then… hey! Smelly breath! You smell REALLY bad! Didn’t you wash your hands after the dunny?! You dirty Patty!”
The Patty raised one burnt, wrinkled eyebrow at the two.
‘Fine then, time for drastic measures…’ thought Alyat. So she yelled; “YO! YOU’RE STUPID!”
The Chicken Patty roared with rage, and came lumbering forward with tremendous speed.
“YOO HOO!! STOOOOOOOOOOOOOPIIIIIIIIIIIID!! You’re a stupid Patty, man!” yelled Nerual joining Alyat.
The Chicken Patty was so outraged, that he didn’t see the hole behind them.
“Ready, Alyat?” smiled Nerual.
“No – I was born ready!” grinned Alyat back to her bud.
The two young Epople’s jumped out of the way, and just in time too, for their dumb foe was just centimeters away.
The beast lunged, then realized what they had done, turned around swiftly to go the other way before it fell to its certain death. But it was already too late, and before he knew it he was plummeting to his grave. Splat. Squish. That’s one crumbled Patty. The two young Epople’s were cheering their heads off, extremely excited to have defeated their first monster!
“I cannot believe that we just did that!? IT WAS FREEKIN’ AWESOME!” exclaimed Alyat.
“YEAH! From now on, we shall be known as the Conquerors of evil, Defenders of the universe, the art of the ‘Sacred Save the Tree’s’ Belly Dancers technique, and the exterminators of all Chicken Patty’s!”
“Totally, dude!”

Yet, just as they were about to leave the death bed of their foe, Alyat was sure she heard something.
“OHMYGAWWWDD!!!!!!! IT’S CLIMBING UP THE WALLS!!!!!!!”
The two Epople’s ran for it, escaping the Patty before it reached the surface.

When they thought it was safe to stop running, they found out they had left the Pi-Natsu desert and were at the edge of the Gogyou Lake of Water. Finally, there was a place they could fill up their empty bottles. Alyat was sooooooooo excited that she couldn’t possibly hold it in.
“TOOOOOORRONIMOOOOOOOO!!!!!” she screamed as she bombed the calm surface of the lake, creating vigorous ripples of water.
Nerual ran into the water, until it was up to her waist (which wasn’t very deep) and slurped a handful of water from her withering hands.
Suddenly, Nerual started to feel woozy, and couldn’t keep herself up. She fell to her knees and started to choke.
Alyat jumped out of the water too take a gulp of air to fill her tired lungs.
“Maaann…that feels goooooooodddd!!!!!! Don’t you reckon Nerual? Nerual……”
