They're only in Japanese, as far as I know. But if you're ever in Japan, stop by a Rosenqueen shop - they have a few~
I still have yet to remember that Rosenqueen (it might have been by some other name online) website. I saw it floating around not too long ago... but I can't remember if they ship world-wide :/

There are novels, which are ... well.. novels with some illustrations in them. Then there are the 4-koma mangas. 3nodding
A good source of information - where I get my info anyway - is the Disgaea LJ community. I will try to find the specific posts again, but not tonight, as I am about to go to sweet sweet slumberland.
You can order them if you:
know their ISBNs
find a place that can special order for you
And they are in Japanese.

Are you guys serious? My friend will be making a petition to bring them to America before long. Who knows, maybe Nippon Ichi will venture into the world of Mangas or hire TokyoPop to translate them.
