For those of you who are new, I am Nironia, the original captain of this guild.
However I've been through a rough year, in 2006, my health was terrible and now I have important educational issues to adhere to, which I must put above everything else.
Since I have not been to Gaia for half a year, according to the email from Emradrig, and as I see you've kept it fairly tidy, I hereby give my captaincy to Xumbra. I chose the most participating member of the guild, seeing as that is the best quality in a leader. If some of you disagree, I am sorry you feel this way. I really see no point in a overseeing dictator for such a socialist guild, everyone is equal.
For all the rest of you, good luck. I am truly sorry that I have abandoned this guild.
I have given you captaincy.

I'm very sorry to hear, Nironia. Please, don't think of yourself as abandoning the guild. Perhaps you can return sometime later?
I wish you good health. May you fulfill what goals you hope to attain.
And I will certainly try my best to keep this guild in tip-top shape.

There is one more thing that needs to be discussed. A long time ago at the beginning of the guild I asked for donations to start it. I believe I recieved 60 000 gold, 20 000 for the guild itself. The remaining 40 000 is still in my possession. It was in an old drone account. I want to hand over this money so that it can be more easily accessed by the Guild Leader. However I do not know how to come about this without your approval and suggestions for the trade.
