Mango Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients: Jumbo Shrimp(as many as needed) About 1 whole mango for every 15 shrimp 1 tablespoon of garlic salt *A little italian oil Butter for the pan
Instructions: **First, get the shrimp and give them a butterfly cut. Next, set your stove at high, then spread the butter evenly on the pan, after this, put the oil on the pan. Next, place the garlic salt on the pan and wait for it to turn a little brown. Then, put chopped mango on the pan as well (try to get the pieces pretty tiny). Finally, put the shrimp in the pan and put a lid over it. Once you see that the shrimp have turned orange and that they look ready then it means that they're done.
*It doesn't really matter the amount, just put enough to cover the pan, but not enough for it to rise.
**If the shrimp haven't already been devained, then do so during this step.
This is meant to be a meal for at least 3 or 4 people

sounds good. I might substitute with ciadas though. they'd be cheaper.
interesting fact. people allergic to shelfish, should not eat bugs.
