I love to make Lolita avatars, especially while studying the styles such as EroLoli, Guro, Waloli, etc. But honestly, I wouldn't want to offend anyone, however, I dislike pure sets despite how matching they can be. Mixing and matching is a way for me; layering especially. Frills are rare, which I'm hoping that the new "donation items"[I miss that term XD] would be a Lolita/Victorian/etc. reference. But with the given items, you can make Lolita avatars through:

-biancamella
-mistress set
-dolly set
-sugarplum[w/e they're called]
-overall, it is limited but exploring the items and mix n' match is a nice way of discovering where it could lead you, ne? ^_^

to sum it up, I agree, the Lolita-related items are so little. D;
