Well, I must admit I enjoy roleplays like these.
The setting starts in a city! Yay.
It's a modern city which has MAGIC in it. Yes, Magic... Except this magic has not always been here, in fact- only for a night.
Scaaary things are happening, people dress in sweatshirts and then find themselves in their UNDERWEAR! Their dragons are swapped with black or white cats and all sorts of nasties are coming out of the ground. Whoo, Fun.
Yeah, to top it all off, ALIENS ARE CRASHING THEIR UFO'S. Oh dear, they are a common target for the magic.
Their uniforms are replaced with straitjackets, making it VERY hard to steer.
Yup. Mmhmm. No profiles needed really.

Ayame walked the dark streets, lost in her own thoughts. The Moon was very bright, but the colds covered over it, giving the effect an eerie feeling.
