Name: Aeryn Catharine McKay Age: 22 Gender: Female Hight: 5’7” Weight: 160 Eyes: Pale, lillypad green Hair: Naturally red, but is currently dyed emerald green with gold stripes. D.O.B.: March 17, 1985 Birthplace: Alvarado Hospital, San Diego. In depth appearance: Her once lovely red hair was now dyed a deep emerald green, with golden streaks in it. Fair skin was splashed with freckles, the small dots over both cheeks and her nose. Thick glasses hid her pale, Lilly pad green eyes. Not particularly short, but not tall either, she is at 5’7” making her averaged size. She weighs about 160, making her a bit chubby, but not Obese. Her skin is a pale cream color, not like she had never gone outside, but like she had never been out long enough to get a tan. On her right upper arm she has a tattoo of a intricate spider, her left arm has a flying clover tattoo on it. Her final tattoo is on her lower back. It’s a demonic looking thing, a heard wrapped in ribbon and dragon wings, with a skull on it. Although a fan of tattoos, she’s not overly fond of piercing. Only having her ears and her right eyebrow pierced. Under her left eye, she has a tear drop shaped scar, during a bar rumble, she had been cut. Outfit: Her outfit is simple, tattered jeans, old worn black tennis shoes, a black shirt with a demonic looking cat on it, and grey and white striped arm warmers. She will also wear a grey and white striped scarf, and a black Fedora sometimes. Personality: Rough, rowdy, and very opinionated, Aeryn is often in the middle of something big. She's easily influenced by big companies with 'pretty dreams', so she can be turned on previous beliefs. She is also a sucker for compliments, since she has low self-esteem in her looks. Aeryn often hides behind a mask of brash reassurance, even though she is generally confused by what is happening. Pictures of her tattoos:

History: Aeryn was born into a very Americanized Irish family. The only thing they seemed to keep was the red hair, freckled, creamy skin, and accent of their mother culture. When she was younger, that was fine. Aeryn had the perfect life. Nice parents, nice house, 3 older siblings, and a steady flow of food, toys, and cloths. Perfection. Yet as she grew, Suburban life unsettled her. Why? Well, Aeryn decided that she was fat. Although she wasn’t. No, Aeryn was just a bit chubby. She had a slight bulge to her belly, it wasn’t obese. It just proved that she was normal. Not in her eyes. She wanted to be perfectly slim. This is where she started her spiral. Dieting, starving, throwing up, and pills were all things she did in her early teenage years. It would work, but only for a while. As she matured, she decided looks were not everything. At 16, she left her house, saying that they were denying their Irish pride and working for Americans, even though they were never wanted. Her plan? Get back to Ireland. Well, get to Ireland, since she was born in America. Her parents, thinking this was just a phase, didn’t go after her. But soon, they wondered where exactly she had gone. Aeryn was on the streets. She had started a gang for those who though America should treat ‘immigrants’ fairly. She apparently had seen ‘Gangs of New York’ a few to many times. Aeryn joined many Radical-type groups, just so she could oppose something. Eventually, she joined everyone’s animal loving group, PETA. What had brought her to PETA? Well, she saw a man kick a stray cat on the street. Simple as that. Aeryn, all though smart, was easily influenced by words of power. She wanted to belong to some life changing project. She got it. Not long after joining, Aeryn was sent on a ‘secret mission’. PETA, as they saw it, decided that Aeryn was the most insane, sturdy person for the job. What did she have to do? Oh, nothing hard. Just kill the CEO of Feral Labs. Of course, Aeryn listened. Her gang history had gotten her tough and ready for war. Little did she know she would be captured.

 I had gotten a Mission! My very own mission. A secret one at that, to. ALF must have looked up my background and decided that I was tough enough to take on this Dr. Moreau. A doctor wouldn’t be to tough, they were generally small, wimpy, tiny guys. No trouble. Of course, being the head of Feral Labs, he might have a few bodyguards. I could take care of them. This doctor wasn’t in LA though. He had been reported being at some Island. ALF, somehow had gotten me a ticket to this island. Not sure how, and I don’t really care. All I know is that I’m going there. ALF even made sure that no one would be able to trace me, forging a death certificate. Ha, I’m dead. Amazing at what we will do for the betterment of animals. Poor things.. I can’t believe anyone would hurt them. This ‘Feral Labs’.. They experimented on them Using them for ‘Scientific’ purposed. Injecting them with weird substances, splicing their DNA. Awful things. This Dr. Moreau will pay. Hurting those poor critters won’t pass by me. No way.Later that day.. Here I am. Packing for this trip. Its actually like going on Vacation. Its not like I’ll miss anything. My apartment’s kind of sparse. It’s called a ‘minimalist’ look. I call it being dirt poor. Lets see… I’ll pack all my pairs of pants, a few of my shirts, my arm warmers.. and ah! My fedora. My scarf will go to.. Y’know, it might be one of those ‘frozen’ islands. I hate the cold. Hopefully, after this, my next trip will be to Ireland, the emerald country. I got to go there someday. Soak up some of my heritage. Well. Its time for me to get my cab.On the boat.. This place is big. Huge even. Like some cruise ship. Oddly, there are not many people on here. Many on here are security, and others? Well.. they look like bums, drug addicts, and a few sick people. I feel a bit out of place. Being healthy and all. Though my ticket says ‘going for treatment’. Treatment for what? I’m not sure, and once again, quite frankly, I don’t care. They scanned my bags. Yet they didn’t scan me. I guess generally, you had lots of metal in you if you were sick. That’s good. I would have been in trouble if they did. Its cold. The knife is I mean, I have it strapped on my thigh. My big fat thigh. When this is done, I’m going to go work out some more. Maybe loose this flab I have. Oh look. Drinks!Later Whoa.. were am I.. Why am I tied up. My head hurts.. and I feel groggy. Wait.. They drugged me!! That drink.. I remember drinking fruit punch. I thought it tasted a bit odd. It must have been a drug! Wait.. why don’t I feel my knife anymore? They must have searched us for items. Damn it. I don’t feel like I’m on a boat anymore.. So I must be on the island.. This can not be good… {To Be Continued}

 Panther chameleon Furcifer pardalis TAXONOMY Furcifer pardalis Cuvier, 1829, Madagascar. OTHER COMMON NAMES French: Caméléon panthère; German: Pantherchamäleon; Malagasy: Amboalava, tana. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS This species grows to 8–17 in (305–381 mm) in length. The coloration of adult males can vary significantly between geographic locales, but usually it includes two or three predominant colors from the following palette: pink, red, maroon, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, cobalt blue, brown, tan, gray, black, and white. Excited coloration may produce additional colors on various parts of the body that are not obvious in a calm male. There is a broken white, bluish, or cream lateral stripe midflank. Regardless of geographic locale, females are shades of reddish orange or tan marked with brown or black. Juveniles are reddish brown or gray and black at birth. These color variants are not considered valid subspecies as of 2002, but there is anecdotal evidence that interbreeding specimens from distant locales results in sterile offspring. The snout terminates in a short bony process that is more prominent in males than females, and the chameleons possess complete dorsal, ventral, and gular crests. DISTRIBUTION The species occupies roughly the northern third of Madagascar, from Toamasina on the central-eastern coast to Ambanizana in the Masoala Peninsula, Sambava on the northeastern coast, Antsiranana in the north, and Ankaramy on the northwestern coast. They also inhabit islets adjacent to Madagascar: Nosy Be, Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely, Nosy Faly, Nosy Mangabe, and Nosy Boraha. They have been introduced to the island of Réunion. HABITAT The species is arboreal and primarily inhabits degraded or anthropogenic vegetation, including forest and scrub as well as the undisturbed edges of rainforest on Nosy Be, Nosy Mangabe, and the Masoala Peninsula. BEHAVIOR Males are active and highly mobile and frequently are seen crossing roads. Females are more sedentary and secretive. The species is not particularly aggressive toward conspecifics or humans. FEEDING ECOLOGY AND DIET The panther chameleon feeds on invertebrate and vertebrate prey typical for medium-size to large chameleons as well as some vegetation. REPRODUCTIVE BIOLOGY Panther chameleons lay 10–46 eggs about 45 days after copulation and can produce more than four clutches of eggs annually. The young hatch four to nine months later, depending on climatic conditions. Growth is rapid, and sexual maturity occurs between the ages of six and nine months. CONSERVATION STATUS This species is listed on Appendix II of CITES. Before 1999 commercial trade was unrestricted, and more than 34,000 wild-taken specimens were exported from Madagascar in 1998 alone, raising concerns that local populations of distinctive color variants would be extirpated. An annual export quota of 2,000 specimens was established by CITES in 1999, to reduce trade volume. Conservation is not dependent on preserving natural habitat, owing to the mostly successful adaptation of this species to heavily degraded habitat. SIGNIFICANCE TO HUMANS The panther chameleon is captured extensively for the international commercial pet trade. More than 100,000 specimens were exported between 1986 and 1999. Captive breeding programs experienced limited success by producing several generations, but there were no established commercial closed-cycle operations as of 2002 where only captive-born adult animals lay eggs to provide the stock that is subsequently sold.

looks alright so far, but the biggest thing I see that you might need to work on, is that PETA wouldn't send someone to KILL someone.
PETA would do something like 'free the test animals!' from one of Feral's animal research facility or try and vandalize property, but Kill people? that doesn't seem realistic

X3 I actually heard of it happening in my Hunters Ed class. Its a rare occurance, but its happened like.. once. It is something they do when nothing else works. They people never actually 'die' because they never have anyone 'trained' do it. Generally its just a follower with a violent background, but they attempt it XD

you might want to do some research on animal rights extremism, kinda neat actually and might give you some ideas, and to my knowlege the most PETA has done in way of killing anyone is threating people, and giving financal support to more extreme groups. From what I know, PETA's offical position on violence is they don't cordone or support violence but they 'understand' it. If you really want your character on the extreme side of things it might be more realistic to have your character be a part of ALF, the animal liberation front, and is responcible for firebombing animal research labs
