((I am so creative with titles xDD))
Mahavir trotted slowly through the warm, grainy sand; he loved the feeling of it against his hooves. Mahavir wanted to soak up all of the beautiful landscape of the beach, the rippling waves, the cry of the birds, the light of the sun glittering off the water's surface, so he slowed to a mere walk to allow his eyes to pick up all the sights.
This was quite a change in pace from what Mahavir had seen the last few days. All his wandering had led him to an icy, baren land. Needless to say, he didn't stay there for very long.
At first , Mahavir wasn't sure if he was going to get into the ocean water. But the instant he got close enough for the salty water to just barely touch him, he couldn't resist. So Mahavir galloped into the the warm water and started to jump around like he was a colt again, splashing water every which way.

Colorful fish playfully swam around the graceful legs of a curious mare. She lowered her head to get a better view of the small creatures below her. Nalani carefully picked up her hooves and headed deeper into the welcoming waves of the enticing sea. Water was still a danger to her delicate wings so she made sure to keep away from it. Her long stripped tail flowed behind her. The mare looked up at the beautiful sky and closed her eyes. She listened to the sound of the waves and her mind traveled far.

After jumping around in the same little circle of water for a while, Mahavir decided to branch out to other parts of the beach. He walked along the line where the sand of the beach ended and some light grass began. Palm trees, rustled by the dancing wind, shaded him from the blazing rays of the afternoon sun. Mahavir occasionally came to a peach tree and would grab some of the fruit right off the tree; this would help him keep enough energy for more walking along the beach. Being careful to spit out the pit of course.

The cool breeze blew through her wavy brown hair and her nostrils flared to let the fresh air go to her lungs. She smiled and opened her eyes to look around. The sea filled her with so much energy and made her want jump around. Nalani took off in a fast canter, sending water everywhere. The waves seemed to open up to her as she made her way across the shallow water. Tossing her head, the mare laughed out of pure joy. She truly loved the beach. It was her home and she would never leave it.
