I've been thinking a lot, every day... I don't think I'm doing that much for the guild, nor do I have the knowledge I should have to run a guild like this... I might be the leader but in my eyes Tyrrany like that sucks, so I'm not going to pass the guild to anyone unless the actual members find me unworthy.
I've debated with myself whether to give the guild to Josh or not, and he of course objects, which ironically I feel to be the perfect humble modesty a leader Should have. sweatdrop
Answer the question in the poll, and tell me if I'm honestly competant enough to run a guild with almost 300 members. if not I'm not quitting, I'll figure something out for someone else to own the guild, someone who won't let it slowly bleed to death.

Dude, look how far the guild has come. Under your leadership. I don't find you to be unworthy or incompetent at all, and I personally have not talked to anyone who thinks that you are either of those things. If you want to pass down the guild to someone else, that's your decision. But really, I don't find a problem with you heading up the guild. Our mods are capable of handling it if you're not around for a few days, and it's not like our members are going to flip out and eat everything, either.
So really, like I've told you before, I think you're a fine leader. But if you don't feel like you're able to keep it going, or you don't want to continue being captain, then you should give it up. Really, it's your decision, in my opinion.

Meh. We all need reinforcement at times. Just don't get fussed about it. Nothing here should be taken over personally, as most of us are more a** than usual thanks to Instant Anonymity (TM). I think you're doing well.

I really don't know how wthings have played out in the past, so I probably couldn't judge.
You dislike the idea of a tyranny... but I've seen no complaints. Keep at it until people have a real complaint is my opinion.

Nothing wrong with your leadership and I already bitched at you enough over YIM for making this, so I'll spare ya the encore.
And for the love of the Gods Khalida, put some pants on. Your avvie is creeping me out. : D

In the beginning, there was nothing. And then you had a dream, and you made it. Everything here is thanks to you. You have a vision, a perseverance, and a purity of intention that none could ever replace. Forever have you been the Captain, and you will always be Mein Fuhrer. I will follow you anywhere, so lead on.

Oh Captain, My Captain! *stands on the desk*
Look, I'm inspired, alright? I haven't even been here that long, and I seriously love the way you lead - quietly. A few well-placed words here and there. Occasional poking to get discussion going. I can't say I've really ever seen better leadership. And I'm nearly 30, so as a reigning Old Crone, I think my opinion should count double. Unlike everyone else, who thinks their opinion should count double for different reasons.

Yvaine Oh Captain, My Captain! *stands on the desk*... Haha, that's what we say to our quiz bowl captain, Bryan. Well, that's what everyone else says. I just call him Hitler-Jesus. I think he likes that better. Although he laughs when they try to recite the entire poem but don't get farther than, "our fearful trip is done" (second line, I believe).

I didn't expect this much positive reinforcement redface
Thanks, everyone, for the encouragement 3nodding ...
the only thing I did to make this guild is get sick of the other guilds and how they work and having no authority, cheapskate some people out of gold by teaching them psi... then spend that money to make the guild. I then learned as I went along..
looking back I was an idiot when I first started... and I'm sure in a year or so from now I'll be saying the same thing sweatdrop

That's why you're the loveable Cornucopia of Useless Knowledge. And yes, I describe myself as such all the time... Especially when I confuse the hell out of people as I talk to myself about useless knowledge... ftw I guess.

The question is not "Are you a good leader?", grasshoppah, it is "Are we good followers?"
But nah, you do pretty good. I may just be a lurker, but I klnow a well run guild when I see one. Good show, Lobo.
