I'm in love with a girl. And I need help.
This girl, when she was 13. She was young and confused, and she was at this movie theatre, and a guy (her friend at the time) took her hand, and stuck it in her pants.
He said "rub it".
Now, back then she had a hard time saying no to things, as she was very self-conscious, and very insecure. She needed friends, and had none. So she did what she was told. She was also afraid of this friend, as he was a big guy.
Now she is 17, and she regrets what she has done so much. She cries about it so much that she regrets it, and she tells me she wants to get married, it's just that I don't know if it's allowed, because in Surah 24 is says a Fornicator can only marry a fornicatress, and a fornicatress can only marry a fornicator or a man who believes in more than one god.
I believe in one god.
And I've never had sex.
What do I do?

It states in the quran that one can only marry a believer.
And the believers are the muslims, christians and Jews.

If she truly, from the bottom of her heart regrets what she did, Allah will forgive her. Plus, she was 13. Right in the middle of puberty, and everyone knows that you're insecure and self-concious at that time in your life. Her hormones were raging. She made a mistake, and she really regrets it. She should try to move on and learn from her mistake.

If she's a religious christian, as in, a practicing one and not just by name, then she can be married. If one repents, then one's past is meaningless to others.
And she's obviously repentfulful... soooo... yeah.

That's a sad story. Inshallah, she will be forgiven if she truly regrets her past sins.
Talk to your local imam about this... be it in person or writing.
And if/when you do marry her, try to teach her about islam. if she coverts, then we'll have another muslim sister with us! biggrin

i think that its ok if she really regrets it and she is a beliver but u better talk to your local imam and inshalla everything will be alright

First and foremost, the girl did not have sex. She simply performed sexual acts, in her case, mutual masturbation. But it is not fornication by any means.

Hey, if she becomes Muslim, the sin will be wiped clean! smile
But I think when that verse speaks of Zina, it means actual intercourse. So if someone did what she did it is as bad of a sin as Zina but the worldly punishment shouldn't be carried out, if I'm correct. That's only my opinion.
