i was thinking... people tend to have a lot of issues these days. so yeah, decided on our own life issues, but with a twist! its not gonna be a "im so emo..." sorta thing, its gonna be serious real problems, and we're actually gonna help people! Another addition, any real useful self help stuff you know of, link or post it! i find that sorta stuff real useful =)

ok cool i'll start....
its about sleeping patterns etc
well basically,. ive been getting s**t sleep, i used to go to bed a 2am, and slept somewhat soundly until 10-12pm, but within the past 3 or so days, ive been getting ******** all.
I mean last night, i went to bed at 1:20am, layed in bed till 2:30ish, then looked at my clock it was 4:10ish, looked at my clock again 5:40ish, then looked at my clock again and it was 6:30, and i decided "(insert string of curse words here) ill just get up..." so yeah basically ive had 4-6 hour of real sleep wiht the past 3 days, and its starting to ******** with my head...
External stimuli...
quiet neighbourhood.
have a tap thats literally running 24 hours a day and its ******** noisy.
i have my computer running over night to download and to drown out the noise of the tap because the computer noise is contsant, rather than the taps random pitch change.
No real traumatic experience recently, besides a guy getting killed up my street and i helped out at the scene of the accident. But ive gotten over that really.
I'm not on medication that keeps you awake, if anything theres warnings about my meds and reduced level of awareness...
dont know really, but im in the need of money and i could exploit this condition xd (but i dont want to as it'll put me in a worse position than now...)
oh btw its 7:46am now...
so discuss xd

and sams answer.... stay up a full 24 hours get drunk and pass out and have the best night sleep ever razz

I can never get any sleep, either. I just sit there for hours in the dark with my eyes closed going "Uugh... need sleep..."
Maybe that's where my coffee love comes from...

yeah my sleeping habits suck arse, it consists of a nap about 2-4/5pm then more sleep about 2-7am, the good thing about that nap, is that i can pull an allnighter without msot of the effects of fatigue...
woot, im going without alcohol for 30 days... and i need a shower razz
