Well, this is a relatively complicated RP. First:
Same rules as apply to this RP as the others, with the addition of:
>No Killing unless a battle starts...battles can only be started by assigned members, and when you kill, kill NPCs...not other players unless you get there permission....
>No fantastical abilities, keep it within the realms of Rurouni Kenshin
>And please...dont overexaggerate your abilities....IE: he jumped 70ft into the air then destroyed the building and people with a single slash.
Its feudal Japan, so melee weapons or extremely low-tech guns (revolvers, which were extremely rare in themselves).
There are two main sides, The Ishin Shishi patriots (Kenshin) and the Tokugawa Shogunate (Shinsengumi/Saito). There is also the Oniwabanshu (Aoshi). Here are the positions for those who have a good understanding of Rurouni Kenshin (Good as in they know most or all of the storyline):
Ishin Shishi:
>Leader (1)
Leader> Me and other main players on this side
>Captains (4)
>Assassins (2)
Tokugawa Shogunate:
>Shogun (1)
Shogun>Me and the other Main players on this side
>Captains (6)
>1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th unit captains
4th>Hyogo Kusanari (TheIllustriousBlueJay)
2nd>Akatsuki (Kimiko Sakato)
1st>"Tenryu" (MakiMaki421)
3rd>Tomiki (Soujis_Girl)
Oniwabanshu (After the four main Shinobi have been picked, they can decide their allegiance to whichever side they wish):
>Shinobi (4)
PM me for a position, but make sure you have a good idea of what role you pick was about. Obviously, If you want to be a ninja, you have to sign up for the Oniwabanshu. More than one position is allowed if it comes to that.
Pick your allegiances and have fun, events will be posted as they come. Goals will be assigned at the beginning of each event (ex: get to this place and do this.)

Oh, can you do me a favor? Can you change the name under the Shinsengumi Captain Kiyoko Irusuki, to this user name? That one is a hacked/abandoned account. So it's kinda pointless to be up there. xP

But... eh... I meant for it to look something like this:

It's okay you screwed up. I probably would've done the same thing. x3
But I think we can start now. Even though we don't have many people... I can play Kenshin too if needbe.

I'd like to play a member of the Oniwabanshu. I know you said to PM you but everytime I try, it tells me you've abandoned the account or something like that....soo...I wasn't quite sure what to do except what I'm doing.
I'd like my character's name to be Kisaragi Matsuyo.
