The B o c e l l i Estate To say the Bocelli estate is large would be an understatement. Passed from generation to generation, the large home was constructed to accommodate and reflect the success and wealth of the Bocelli family and all of its predecessors. Built upon hard work and hard play, the estate is home to a large vineyard and a sweeping expansion of land that unfolds into the very hills located behind the estate. The manor itself is a home of windows, and relies more on sunlight for lighting than on electricity. The floor plans are spacious, the rooms uncluttered and a mixture of both cold and warm - curious in the way that it works.
Signora Antonella Bocelli, a venerable older woman whom Vittoria affectionately calls 'Nonna', owns the home and runs the vineyard.

[O h , M i s s B o c e l l i !] The Waifish OwnerSomething's wrong 'cause all my glass shoes b r e a k Name: Vittoria Bocelli Age: 17 [born on February 29th!] Height: 5’4” Astrological Sign: Pisces Race: Human [½ Italian (father), ½ French (mother)] Likes: gymnastics, swimming, being caught up in a dream, listening to stories, Nonna, Baron, getting lost (preferably WITH Baron), parasols Dislikes: the story of her parents, being treated like a child, men, mice, singing (though she does very well with anything musical) Appearance: Hair: Very short and very curly, Vittoria’s cropped black hair lies in tight ringlets against her skull and about her face, just ending a little below her chin (uncurled it'd be a touch longer, no doubt). Her bangs sweep every which way, lying into her eyes, and a mussy bit of fluff. Eyes: Round eyes that are such a dark grey that they appear black; fringed with thick, dark lashes. She always looks bewildered. Skin: Olive hued Build: Built like a faerie, lithe, long limbed, with sloping curves Picture Personality: Quiet and naïve, Vittoria, at times, comes off as detached. Sadly, it is in her nature to be malleable, and it is quite easy to take advantage of her kindness if one so pleases; she conforms to other’s opinions and ideas while never voicing her own. She’s as flighty as a bird and scares just as easily and because of this, is often the butt of many pranks at her school. This has caused her to shut her voice inside of herself, and it is only freed when she writes in her journal. This, she says, is the real her, the one she wishes to be, but hasn’t the backbone to be so openly forward. Note: As Vittoria attends a private school for girls, her experience with men is slim to none, which explains her fear of them. Also, she was quite sheltered up until recently, so...yes, she's very much a weenie. Brief History When she was a little girl Vittoria believed she lived in a fairy tale complete with a ‘happily ever after’ at the end just for her. Her father, Dante Bocelli, was her white knight (though in actuality he was a music composer and conductor) and her mother, Adella Bocelli, the princess he had saved from evil’s clutches (simply an opera singer). Oh, she loved her mama, a beautiful woman with the voice of an angel, whose touch could scare nightmares away forever. She smelt of spring and flowers, of safety only a mother could bring to her child. And her father! Dark and handsome, just like the heroes in the stories mama and Nonna would tell her, with a steady a low voice that used to lull her to sleep.
There was never quite the feeling of being the child of a prince and princess!
But peace could only last for so long, and the joy of motherhood soon faded. Adella began to believe that she had fallen in love much too quickly, had a child much too soon. She no longer sang what with responsibility of a babe upon her, and her name soon faded from the lights of the theater. She was devastated, like a bird trapped within a cage, aching for freedom. Restless and irritable, she blamed her husband for her downfall.
It was a turbulent time in Vittoria’s life that she chooses not to remember. She has long since blocked out the vengeful cries of her mother’s voice, and the harsh words from her father. She shut herself up against the breaking glass and the flickering lights, choosing to instead pretend that everything was okay, to continue to play with the unicorns and faeries in her storybook world, even after the cacophony faded to black.
Cinderella is the queen of a kingdom Cinderella got the dream she was dreamin'
I wanna know where is my happy end
Cinderella got a prince and a kingdom Cinderella got the dream she was dreamin'
I wanna know where is my fairy-tale?

[ L a F a m i g l i a ] An ounce of blood is worth more than a pound of friendship.
Name: Antonella Vedette Bocelli Age: 64 Race: Human, and more Italian than you can shake a stick at! Profession: All-purpose wine/grape connoisseur Astrological Sign: Aries Likes: Crude jokes, laughing, her family, walking in the vineyard, good wine, double-barreled rifles and tiny hats. Dislikes: French people, disorder, uncertainty, most people outside of her family, most other Catholics. Personality: A strong, opinionated woman, Antonella was more than ready to take up the reigns of the family business after the passing of her husband. She is a force to be reckoned with, with a fire and spirit unparalleled by others and a forwardness quieted by no man. Despite Signora Bocelli’s robust and forceful nature, she is perhaps quiet Vittoria’s favorite person in the entire world. Full of wit and charm, she sits on the other side of her granddaughter’s scale to keep things level. A protective and generous grandmother, Antonella has spent her life trying to shelter Vittoria from the pains of the world, but the world is just one thing you can’t hide from an inquisitive young woman. No one knows this better than Signora Bocelli.
[ P e r s o n e I m p o r t a n t i ] "Though our feelings come and go, God's love for us does not."
Name: Father Giancarlo Sorvino Age: 49 Race: Human, Italian Profession: Priest; Suffragan Bishop Astrological Sign: Libra Likes: the Word, philosophy, gardening, good cheese and hot bread, cigarettes, giving council, taverns. Dislikes: Religious zealots, cheap wine, new shoes, his metropolitan archbishop, hypocrites. Personality: Father Giancarlo Sorvino is a charming priest, warm and kind to his congregation and to those who seek him out for help. There is something genuine about this playful man, which is why Vittoria trusts him very much (as well as him being a man of the cloth). They understand one another on an unspoken level. He enjoys a good joke and a good smoke, the latter of which he’s been meaning to quit. Bad habits are just hard to break!

[ B a r o n H u m b e r t v o n G i k k i n g e n ] A Man Among Cats When you feel all alone And the world has turned its back on you Give me a moment please
Let me be the one you call If you jump I'll break your fall Lift you up and fly away with you into the night Name: Humbert von Gikkingen Title: Baron Species: Orange tabby Likes: dancing (preferably the waltz), tea, reading, angel food cake, adventure, helping others, his cane, puzzles, old movies, and top hats Dislikes: Injustice, cruelty, disrespect (though he has a tendency to overlook it), getting stuck Note: His pet name for Vittoria after she forbade him from calling her 'Miss' became 'Dear heart', much to her chagrin (it embarrasses her to no end)! Also for the sake of RP, Baron has a more human height, nearing 5'10"-11", rather than the size of a statuette.
Baron Humbert von Gikkingen (pronounced Gik-en-gin, hard ‘g’) is truly a gentleman amongst men. Courteous and polite, Baron (as he prefers to be addressed as) is never one to overlook a guest, and tries his utmost hardest to make them feel quite at ease. He makes for a cordial host, but behind such kindness is a daring and brave heart. He has an unshakeable love for justice and adventure and thus Baron is never one to turn down a call for help; whether it concerns him or not does not matter. With a steadfast spirit and a hand at making good tea, he’s a friend that one just can’t help but love.Rules to Abide By 1.) Allow him to interfere in business not his own, no matter what it may be.
2.) Accept his tea, it is a special sort of blend, and a little different each time.
3.) Trust him. No matter what, trust him with all that is you.

[ P h a r a o h T u t a n k h e n s e t a m u n ] King of All That Is I'm gonna be the mane event Like no king was before No one saying do this No one saying be there No one saying stop that No one saying see here Free to run around all day Free to do it all my way! Name: Tutankhensetamun Title: Pharaoh - Nickname(s): Tut, Tutenstein Species: Undead baby Nile crocodile Likes: basking in his own glory, ordering people around, being king, his Scepter of Was, chariot rides, playing Senet, orange soda, ice cream, and skate boarding Dislikes: Being ignored, responsibility, attending required festivals, Set, being ten forever Note: Tut’s limbs are constantly falling off, so don’t worry if you go to high-five him and his arm pops off. Also, Tut wields the Scepter of Was, which is so powerful an artifact that even the God of Chaos, Set, wants it for his own! Uncerted Image The son of Isis, The One Who Is All! Reincarnation of Horus, Avenger of Osiris! Pharaoh of Upper and Lower Egypt! An earth-god, a king!
A complete and utter pain in the butt.
Pharaoh Tutankhensetamun (Tut, or Tutenstein for short) is your (not so) typical undead, ten-year-old boy-king who is quite alive and kickin’ (when his legs aren’t falling off). He has an ego the size, length, and depth of the entire Nile and practically no brain to account for (really, they removed it at mummification!). He believes that he is all that is good and great, and expects his ‘loyal subjects’ – i. E. the world – to kneel before his awesomeness. When he’s not basking in his own glory, he’s causing mischief and mayhem, angering the gods of the underworld, and annoying the people of the overworld.
Rules to Abide By 1.) Do not leave him alone. Bow before me! 2.) Do not leave him alone with the Scepter of Was. Bask in my glory! 3.) Keep him entertained at all times (preferably NOT with the Scepter of Was) Provide my elixir whenever I ask! *4th rule scribbled in sloppy hieroglyphics.* Do everything I say!
This is a decree from the King of All That Is, He Who is the Morning and the Evening Star! Your much adored Pharaoh, Tutankhensetamun.
