I know this probalby the best place to ask this, but I am unsure about my Gaian name.
I realy want to change my name to Cartus Romanadvoratrelundar after Romana. Big character backstory I have made....long story. But you can only change your name twice. So I am at a loss help me fellow Whovains!

It's 'Whovians', dear.

Just thought I'd point that out for future reference. 3nodding

Actually, you can change your name more than twice. The only thing is, it's costs 10,000 gold after the first two times.

Just curious, but how did you come up with that name? The Cartus Romanadvoratrelundar one? It's a bit odd.

Well Cartus comes from my RP chracter name. Romanadvoratrelundar comes from as we all know Romana. In a very good Doctor who related RP The TARDIS Adventures in time and space. I play Cartus, the second son of Romana. Born in E-space and kept safe from the Time war. I was planning to evolve the chracter in to some for of comic ages ago, but ever got around to doing it.
I was just thinking I use the name Cartus so much in Rps and all my Gaia freinds call me it I might change it to that.

Sounds kind of odd. I think, if he's the son, then it would be Cartusdvoratrelundar, or maybe even just Cartus.
There was a timelady in World Game (DW book ft. the Second Doctor) who was named Serenadellatrovella, and Dellatrovella seemed to be her last name, in a sense. The Doctor said in one of the passages that ''The Dellatrovellas are still a very powerful family-Old Gallifrey, so to speak.'' The book was written by Terrance Dicks, who used to write some of the episodes. With Romana, I think she prefered being called by her full name (in the beginning) rather than her sort of first name.

To Freaj - Perhaps you can name yourself after one of the companions or a gadget that The Doctor uses. smile
