So I jst got a cellphone family plan with my parents and I needed to transfer my old number to my new phone. So Tuesday night my dad and I wen to the phone company store to go and change it. They said it should take 24hrs but because of my old phone plan(a pay as you go kind) things could get snagged up. So tonight I called up customer service and they were unhelpful to put it nicely. First of the phone reception on their end was crap,very fuzzy and soft. Second this persons first language was not english. I have no problem with English being someones second language but I think it makes things go a lot smoother when some on has a good comand of the language you are the support staff for. Because of the bad reception and language issues I was so confused about what they were asking I gave them the password for my new phone since they asked for a password and didn't say what kind of password or for what phone.They said it went through and the number should show up by morning but I'm not sure. Plus I have a thought that because of all the confusion my new phone is going to have the number it has right now be transferd to it(thats right it will still have the same number I have now)
I know the simple thing would be to keep the new phone number but I have memorized my old one plus thats the one everyone has. so yeah old number=<3
