Mmmkay so now im just abusing thread making. Buuut whatever, I know y'all secretly love when I make a million threads a day heart
Anyways, to be a mod all you have to do is help out in some way. Being selective about mods is stupid. Its not like you'll be mods for forever, just a few days, and so yeah.
If you send out invites you get modded.
If you help clean up Mintz you get modded.
If you run contests/games/something else cool you get modded.
Basically just help make the party fun and you will get modded.
We will have like a million mods, but being modded is fun, right? So I see no harm in it. Just dont abuse power or I'll demod you.

I would like to host a Sniper Mini game. =3 Anyone who wants to play must be on MSN messenger The mini game would have about 20 people and is just a really short version of the original game over an instant messenger.

Imma mod the people who want to do games/contests the day before teh party so they can set up 3nodding
The only problem, is msn messenger isnt used alot. Especially not compared to Yim/Aim. Could you do it on all 3?

I despise AIM, but for this, I might consider downloading it anyway. Or perhaps Skype would work too. I don't know how we'd be able to do it on all three at the same time. Maybe a seperate game for each messenger? That might work =3

Actually, Nymphie dear, no offense intended but just because you use AIM doesn't make it the majority. In point of fact, as I experienced when I was doing the IM mule during my sniper reign I had to make messenger accounts for each of the Big 3 and the number of people on the MSN list is almost forty people while the AIM list is only 24 and the Yahoo list is least of all with 8.

I use all 3 too 3nodding Trillian is ftw.
Ret - Its locked until the party. Its under "crew only" Anyone who has something to set up in there will be modded the day before the party starts.

Of course, that may be a moot point if they don't actually have to actively be in direct contact with eachother or just with the GM...

You would be correct, trillian does not allow inter-messenger contact (ex: a yahoo account talking with an msn account)... But if you've already got the accounts, then trillian makes communication so much easier, since everything's done with ONE program... n_n There are some downsides to it though, but it's what I use... o.o

You could use the Sniper IRC. O: I think everyone can use that with the java client and then people wouldn't need to hassle with getting/using instant messengers. 3nodding
