Mmmkay, so I feel the need for multiple threads to plan the Anniversary party. Because mixing tasks together all in one thread makes me teh uber confused. This thread is about the guest list.
I made a list of all the people who have ever played the Sniper Game. It came out to 381 people. They all should be invited to the party. Yet there is NO way I'm going to be pming all of them. So I broke them up into 19 groups of 20 (one group has 21). I need 19 volunteers.
What I need, is for each volunteer to make sure EVERYONE in their group is notified of the party. It involves pming them all, if anyone has had a name change, try and find out who they are, if they have pms set to "off" or "friends only", try to find a way around that. Stuff like that. Also, if you send out the pms early you might want to ask them if they want a reminder pm when the party starts, so that they dont forget about it and remember on Monday morning. Because that happens to me with like EVERYTHING I've ever been invited to on gaia, and it fails.
When you pm them, you should let them know the who, what, where, and when.
The what = The anniversary
The who = Everyone from the game
The when = Wed. Jan 31st at 8pm est, through Sun Feb. 4th at midnight.
The where = Psycho Mintz?
Make sure to stress the mini games, contests, and PRIZES in the pm. Thats what will get people to come. Prizes are VERY ftw yo.
Please dont start pming just yet. Wait until tomorrow, so we can get more organized.
EDIT - This list does NOT include those who only played in game 7 or 9. I couldnt find the memberlists for those. If anyone has them and could give it to me that would be very much appreciated.
