My cousin just had a little girl. She's about a month old and she's absolutely precious. I think she can sense that I'm pregnant.

Hey how far mentally and physically advanced is everyone's newborns? My son is exactly 3 weeks old and he can already sit up on his own and recognizes colors and shapes. Is this normal development?
